over again but then Kate is rescued she is pulled of the ledge by someone but Tim can't see who it is he almost Witnessed another death in his life.
After an hour or two Tim visits Kate at the hospital going with max on the bus eventually getting there after it seeming like a long bus ride they get of and walk quickly to the hospital entrance where they are introduced to a receptionist telling them to go to what room Kate was in, they walk past a few people not knowing what to think about being in the hospital, they both enter Kate's hospital room to see a quite happy Kate sitting in her bed side chair smiling at us and hugging us as we walk up to her "I thought I would never see you both again, thanks again so much max I'm so glad you helped me down" "so it was max that helped you down?" Tim asks Kate "yeah you could say she is some kind of a superhero!" "Super-max!" Tim mimics a super hero air punch and Kate laughs at his silliness, Tim,Kate and max talk for a while and Kate talks about how everyone signed her card apart from Nathan but even Victoria signed her card all apologies.

Tim and max both get on the bus back to Blackwell and separate Tim going to his dorm room and max going elsewhere,Tim sits down relaxed on his bed leaning against the wall
*ping "it's from Chloe"
Chloe💔:hey I'm coming to your dorm room leave the door unlocked.

Few minutes later there is a nock at the door

"It's Chloe I'm coming in" Chloe enters slowly and sits next to a sad Tim sitting on his bed against his wall "hey" Tim says sadly Chloe hugs Tim tightly Tim goes a little red but Chloe doesn't notice "I'm so sorry about Kate" Chloe says apologetically "You shouldn't be to worried me and max visited her in hospital she looked well and happy for the first time in a while, everyone signed her card apart from Nathan,even Victoria did!" "Victoria signed her card!" "Yeah I believe she was being nice" "okay Victoria isn't nice whatever!" Chloe laughs "Honestly"

Max POV
"Hey Juliet!" Max says approaching Juliet sitting on the bench on her own "hey max what is it?" "How are you and Zachary?" "We have broken up I'm done with his lies" (can't remember what exactly happens to Juliet and Zachary in the game sorry if I get it wrong)."oh I'm sorry" "it's alright it was for the best of both of us" "anyway can I ask you something?" "Yeah sure what is it about?" "Well do you know how you broke up with Tim?" "Mmh?" "Why did you brake up with him?" "I broke up with Tim because I fell for Zachary, he was always so sweet to me and kind" "What about Tim?" "He was sweet and kind as well but me and Zachary clicked more instantly than me and Tim there was just something that I found more interesting about Zach than Tim" "oh okay well just wondering" "You seem to be hanging with Tim a lot more?, has he hypnotist you before?" "No not yet" "yeah I don't really believe in hypnosis, I think that maybe the reason why we broke up" "I kind of believe it Tim showed me this funny video of him hypnotising Rachel It was hella funny" "I bet, well we should be getting to class" "oh yeah we have class together?,Want to walk with me?" "I don't see why not" Juliet and max get up from the bench and start walking to there next class.
(After class)
Max POV
Max nocks onto the door of Chloe's room hoping she will let her in "it's max!" Max shouts from the other side of the door "hey come in!" Max enters and sees Chloe sitting on her bed and she walks up to the bed and sits next to Chloe "hey mad max how's things?" "There alright Kate's coming out of hospital soon and hopefully everyone can forget about what happened to Kate and just move on" "Yeah like Victoria, what a bitch!" "Yeah but Victoria has apologised and even sent a card" "that doesn't sound like Victoria, imposter" Chloe laughs "honestly though I think Victoria has turned herself around" "hmu, you went with Tim as well didn't you?" "Yeah did he say? how did you get to meet Tim?" "Yeah he did say and I meet him a year after you left, he is a sweet-hearted guy unlike some assholes" *cough *cough "Nathan Prescott" Max laughs "what was your relationship with Rachel?" "We were sort of datingish, but both me and Rachel had an idea that Tim liked me" "yeah I kinda got that from spending time with him, but do you like him back?" "I could see my self with him but I'm not looking for anyone at the moment".
"So what about the time Rachel was hypnotist by Tim" "she didn't really tell me much about it but she said to me she felt like she needed to chill and said she wanted someone to hypnotise her" "what did you think about Rachel being hypnotised?" "I didn't really mind if that's what she wanted then I couldn't stop her from doing what she wanted to do"

(Flashback)
"So I was thinking of going to a hypnotist to make me chill and calm down more about my real mother,and my father not letting me see her,what do you think I should do?" Rachel asks Chloe looking at Chloe with her full attention "it's up to you what you want to do I don't mind if that's what you want, I would do it for sure if it was me" "your right the price is always right!" Rachel cheerfully laughs at her own joke and Chloe laughs also "guess I better ring Tim!" Rachel picks up her phone chats to Tim for a while about it and ends the conversation and goes back to sitting next to Chloe on the chair, getting back to putting her makeup on.

(Present)
"Do you have the link to when Rachel got hypnotist by Tim?" "Yeah I do" Chloe gets her phone out and shows max the whole video "That was pretty funny when she thought she was a celebrity and Tim massaged her feet, and she looked really relaxed" max says giggling a little "Tim does give great foot massages, I have had one before" Chloe says and laughs, max smirks at Chloe mischievously "Max I know what your thinking,No!, that does not mean we are dating" "Chloe you hella like Tim, your cheeks were burning up just seeing him hug and kiss Rachel on the cheek!" Max says laughing "Your hella high max" "Did you know Tim was dating Juliet?" "Yeah, I was quite mad about it but was way happy when they broke up" "so you do like Tim?" Max laughs "sssssh!" Chloe puts her own finger to her own mouth to shut Max up but ends up bursting out laughing "you have to tell him or I'm hella telling him!" Max laughs "no your not!" Chloe laughs and tickles Max
"I should be getting of" "cool I will get my keys then we will set of!" Max jumps in Chloe truck soon after Chloe comes and there is a silent drive back to Blackwell before getting out of the truck Max asks Chloe a question "have you ever been hypnotist by Tim before?" "No I have not" "Victoria and her crownys think the act is fake and that Rachel played Tim" "that's frankly bullshit! He always gets picked on for that, Victoria and her freaks can go suck a bunch of dicks, although I'm sure Victoria already has!" "Anyways see you" max and Chloe both wave of to each other as they go there different ways

(At the library)
Tim gets his book from the self and goes and sits down at a table to read it "well hey there hypno faker!" Victoria and her gang shout laughing "hey can you hypnotis me?" Taylor says closing her eyes and mimicking hypnosis and Victoria joining and laughing, as Tim just sits there still reading his book "what's this book your reading?" Victoria picks the book up and chucks it on the floor and laughs "pick it up loser like the good doggy you are!" They all laugh and Taylor and Victoria leave Courtney walks slowly behind them before they all leave and she comes back five minutes later or so
"Sorry I only said them things to fit in" Courtney says apologetically "No it's fine I understand, they can be not very nice people" "I really did enjoy it when you hypnotist me it was fun, and the foot massage it felt calm and relaxing"
They both laugh "well I have had lots of experiences in foot massages and making people calm and relaxed" Tim laughs "I would love to be hypnotist again by you it was relaxing, we should do it again another time,
I like hanging with you Tim your very down to earth" "Thanks, I don't think I have heard anyone say that to me before I'm flattered" Tim laughs "don't get your hopes up to much" Courtney laughs.
Tim and Courtney walk separate ways saying goodbye to each other and Tim heads on his way to class until he arrives inside and gets pulled into mr wells office "good to see you Tim" mr wells says walking to his fancy desk chair,
Preparing for his big speech whatever this is going to be about "Hi Tim!" Max says loudly making Tim jump out of his skin a little "hi max what are you doing here?" "I have invited you both in for something that needs to be discussed with requires a staff member" "is this about mr Jefferson?" Tim asks "yeah who would you most likely blame for the harm of Kate's almost death?" Mr Jefferson and David of course, they both are always bugging her,Jefferson is a weirdo and talks about creepy things in class but I believe there is something creepy to do with him and Kate he has maybe been hurting her possibly?" "What do you think max?, I know we talked about this yesterday but I just want to hear your opinion on this and who it is without any untrustworthy peoples In the room" "I definitely blame Jefferson he is nasty Kate's going through a tough time and he is still making her hand in her homework even though she clearly made and effort to come into school when not at her best but all he does is beg for her homework of her, and try to get information about Kate of me" "we'll that shall conclude today's talk,if need be don't hesitate to see me if you have any questions about anything"
"Thanks mr wells" max and Tim say in union and both walk to there classes just to her that the class is cancelled and mr Jefferson is going to be trialed (the hall loud speaker) "Class will be cancelled due to mr Jefferson being put on trial that is all students carry on to your dorm rooms!"
The speaker ends and all the students rush out of nowhere all running happily and exited to there dorm rooms, and also Tim and max
