Part8 the change of heart

Max, Chloe and Tim all head up to the boys dorm and find Nathan's room max and Tim head into his room as Chloe waits for them. Max and Tim are not particularly worried because they think Nathan is not on campus, max and Tim start searching for Nathan's phone "Hey Tim are you think of asking Chloe out?" Max asks Tim "what? I would like to be her boyfriend but since we don't know where Rachel is it wouldn't be very nice going out with Chloe and then if she comes back and finds out that wouldn't be very great" max smiles at Tim "you love Chloe" Max laughs and nudges Tim "yeah but don't share this with Chloe"
A while after they find the phone with the information on and they head back to Chloe "dam you two your finally back I got kinda worried so did you find anything?" "We found this" Tim shows Chloe the phone "boom Nathan we got you by the balls fucker!" Chloe says shouting in a quiet tone Nathan then suddenly storms into the building clearly pissed if they are there "what are you doing in my dorm!" Nathan's asks them "this isn't your dorm" says Tim but Nathan ignores him "Your such a nosey bitch max!" Nathan walks forward to max "stop right there!" Max shouts "make me hoe!" Chloe pushes Nathan but fails and warren comes in and pushes him "argh!" Nathan groans "max I got this!" Warren shouts "get the fuck out of my face!" Nathan shouts in warrens face and warren head buts Nathan "woah!" Max says in shock and warren rubs his head in pain "you are so fucking dead!" Nathan reaches quickly for his gun and pulls it out of his pocket but warren kicks it out of his hand towards the wall so he can't reach it warren kicks Nathan "get of me brah!" Nathan shouts being repeatedly kicked by warren in the gut warren starts beating Nathan to shit "you like to hurt people, huh? Like max like Kate like me!, feel this mother fucker!" Warren starts throwing punches to his face "get of me, please, please stop" Nathan says in a crying tone warren has a rest and stops hitting him "He is down Hey come on!" Max pulls warren away and out of the dorms they both walk there way out "Stop sorry" Nathan says sobbing "yes! We have to go" Chloe shouts walking slowly out the door "who's the bitch now!" Chloe says leaning down to Nathan "Chloe!" Max shouts they all leave the dorms.
"Dam that was intense, warren thank you so much" Max says "for what?" Warren says "for beating the shit out of Nathan Prescott. Dude, your rule" Chloe says "yeah that was hella cool warren" Tim says "I don't know. I kinda went crazy there like Nathan" said warren "you're not anything like him" max says putting her hand on warrens shoulder "Good to know. So where are you guys going? I better stick with you guys just in case you need me to get my hulk on again. Or should I call the cops on Nathan?" "No police. Not just yet.  Uh so maybe you better....um?" Max says rubbing the back of her neck awkwardly "Warren, me, Tim and max have to do this on our own. No offence"
Chloe says "it's cool. Whatever I can do to help." "What you can do is find anything you can about Nathan's father" Max says "I'm on it between the snow and the eclipse, I'm assuming the apocalypse is coming round the corner." Warren says "And thanks you. Seriously, I'll call you later"
"You better I'm feeling pretty alpha now." "Yes you are"
Max says "man that guy is so fucking in love with you" Chloe says smiling "I know" max facepalms "he really did give a serious beat down to Nathan." "It was a little scary to watch him do that" "Yeah I didn't know he had it in him, anyway what's the plan know?" Tim says "me and max will head of and deal with frank and you will stay here and get some rest" "n- okay I will go do that" Tim remembers what max and Chloe where saying last night "wish you both luck" Tim waves them of and starts walking away but Chloe runs up to him and gets in front of Tim and hugs him "thank you I will make it up to you, ok Tim" before she leave she gives Tim a quick kiss on the cheek and leaves. Chloe gets back to max and they contact him arranging to meet for the money exchange. Max and Chloe both get in the truck max sees the envelope "I bet it's from Nathan!" Chloe says pissed of "i will read it" Max says
"I know that you took the money from the fund. While I am not happy that you did, I can understand why. If paying of frank means that it will help find Rachel easier than so be it. You may not have heard, but I gave five grand of my own money to Blackwell to replace the stolen money.
Also to ensure that you don't use the five thousand to pay frank of, I have four grand of my own money in here so you can pay of frank. Don't worry you will not need to pay me back. The only thing I can ask you of is. Please stop using drugs, and do something great with your life. Please I know your a good person and you do have people that care about you. Your mom, Rachel, max and me. I know you haven't fully gotten over what happened to your father, no one deserves to loose  a parent in such an unfair manner. I know how you feel and I want to see you get through this, so that you have a better life and make William price proud of you. My door is always open Chloe if you need to talk to me you know where to find me.
You can also use the handicapped money for that trip to Portland that you max and Rachel want to go on, anyway just remember your not alone

"Why would be do this?" Chloe and max look at each other shocked Chloe sheds a few tears "it's very sweet and generous of Tim to do this" Max says to Chloe "is Tim being for real about this letter?" Chloe asks her "Tim said he would ask you out when we were in Nathan's room I asked him if he would go out with you" Chloe smiles "I'm ready to turn over a new leaf" once they get to franks Rv before getting out of the truck max says "I can't wait till we get to go on that trip to Portland" "yes you, me, Rachel and Tim" max looks at Chloe confused "i thought you said it was just going to be a girls trip like you said in the principals office?" Max says looking confused "well plans change and well.....Tim is sweet and a nice, great guy he deserves to come with us" Chloe says "yeah your right" Max says agreeing they then both walk up to franks Rv Chloe nocks on the door and max is standing far back from the door and frank opens the door standing in the middle of his door way "oh look it's bonnie and Clyde" frank says "cut the crap frank we need to talk to you!" Chloe says "don't speak to me like that price you don't want what almost happened to you last time to happen again do you?!" "look sorry frank but we need help for Rachel's sake" max says "what makes you two think I would help you now go away!" Frank closes the door but Chloe opens it "what price!" "Please just help us we are looking for Rachel and we promise we will stop bugging you if you help us" "fine what is it you need?" "We need your client list" max says "do you have my money yet price?" "Yes, now log book please" Chloe says and chucks the envelope to frank and frank chucks his log book to them they all say there byes and max and Chloe go back to Chloe's house and into her room sitting at the edge of her bed "how did you and Rachel come to know each other?" Max asks Chloe "me and Rachel became close from meeting one day at a fire-walk concert but before then I would of only seen her around the school, and the day after she told me to skip school with her and we just started hanging out more since then and then we met Tim not long after this, me and Tim and Rachel had lots of fun times together and memories together"

The three of them went to a fire-walk concert Tim didn't really like concerts but he came anyway because they begged him to come (This is when Chloe and Rachel were together) the girls
(After concert)
"Hey can we go drinking" both Rachel and Chloe ask Tim giving him puppy dog eyes. Tim can't resist and just takes them to a safe bar
(1 very drunk Chloe and Rachel later)
"That's enough drink now please leave" said the bartender "come on" Tim drags them out side of the bar to his car.
"Fucking bartender is such a party pooper!"
Chloe says to Rachel pissed "yeah we hella should of stayed in there, we cant let people boss the sexy Chloe price and the amazing Rachel Amber around" "Your right next Time I will definitely give him a back talk if I can stand up then"
Chloe and Rachel both laugh and pull each other into a full make-out session "are you getting hard Tim watching us make-out?" Rachel asks smirking and stopping for air Tim just completely ignores the question Tim starts driving as soon as the truck comes on "hows your sex life Tim?" Rachel asks him Tim also ignores that question "come on Tim we all know that you hard as fuck for me and Chloe" Tim looks at them funny and asks them "why did you two invite me out all we did was dance and then you two have been making out since we got to the bar" "live a little Tim we need to get you a girl, or a boy whatever you into" Rachel says. Tim pulls up to the motel and they go check in for a room after they checked in Tim puts Rachel into the bed and Rachel hugs him like a teddy bear and smiles at him drunkenly Tim gets up and gets Chloe from the car, he brings Chloe into the room also and Chloe in a drunken state and she looks at him and he puts her down "I'm so lucky I get to be with two beautiful girls" Tim says to himself and rolls his eye and Rachel and Chloe start making out again big time "I will be in the car" they don't hear him and Tim falls asleep in the car

7:20 the next day
Thanks to Rachel's hangover guide book they are quickly cured of being hangover Rachel and Chloe notice that Tim is nowhere to be seen and they start to panic "I'll go check the car" Chloe says Rachel nods and Chloe finds Tim and wakes him up by nocking loud on the window NOCK "get up!" Chloe shouts and Tim jumps up and they walk back to the room "he was sleeping in the car" Chloe feels guilty for him having to sleep in the car "sorry about you having to sleep in the car" Chloe apologises "don't worry you two needed the bed more than me you where really drunk."
