Chapter 9- Text Message

Suddenly I got a text message. It was from Tal. It said, 'Hey Karol, can we meet today for a few minutes at the hotel. It won't take long ASAP.'

As soon as I arrived home, I told Madeline that I had to go and talk to Tal. She said that i was alright, and so I left her for a few minutes.

I texted Tal that I was on my may to the hotel. The hotel was 5 to 10 minutes away from my house. When I arrived, Tal was waiting for me in the hotel enterence, sitting on a door step.

"Hey Tal, what's up?" I said.

"Hey Karol," he said whilst standing up from the door step. Then we hugged.

"Is everything okay Tal?"

"Yeah. I just wanted to ask you if maybe you would like to go to the beach with us tomorrow. It's going to be really sunny and warm so I thought you maybe... want to go with us...?"

I smiled, "I'll tell my parents and I guess, I'll see you tomorrow then."

"That's great!"

"At what time by the way?"

"We're leaving at 9, but you can come into our hotel room at any time."

"Okay, I'll see you at 8:30 then," I smiled and gave Tal a kiss on the cheek. As I was starting to head back home, Tal grabbed my hand and pulled me over to him.

"I love you babe," he whispered.

"I love yoo more," I whispered back to him with a smile. He smiled back but said nothing. He then kissed my forehead and then we both went our separateways.

When my parents arrived back home, I said to them them that my friend invited me to go with "her" family to the beach.They didn't ask too many questions, and just let me go. So I went upstairs and got ready for tomorrows journey.

A few minutes later, I got another text. This time it was from Nancy, one of the closest (fandom) friends in my whole life. I opened up the message and read it. It said, 'Hey Karol, I've got big news for you! I'm coming to England this Friday and it would be so awesome if we could meet somehow. My family and I are going to stay in London for 2 days, and then we are driving to my home town. Please respond to this message as quickly as possible ~ Nancy'. I paused for a second and thought to myself.

I decided to text Tal ans then reply to Nancy's text.

"Hey Tal. Tell your family to pack everything up. We're going to London on Friday." I then texted Nancy and then spoke to my parents.

I was old enough to travel around England and well, that's why my parents didn't mind that much. I was really excited for tomorrow.

I went back onto my phone to text Tal and Nancy. Tal didn't say much, he just thought it was an awesome idea to go to London, especially that a lot of his fans love there. On the other hand, I spoke to Nancy about how the holidays are going with Tal, until she brought up the topic about Valentines Day.

Karol: 'Are you kidding me?! It's tomorrow! I completely forgot!'

Nancy: 'Oh gosh...'

Karol: ' was so excited that Tal came to UK that I forgot that it's Valentines Day tomorrow!! WOW... UGGGHHHH.... NO WONDER WHY TAL WANTED TO GO TO THE BEACH TOMORROW!!'

Nancy: 'Oh my gosh... are you guys going on a romantic date?! THAT'S SO FREAKING CUUUTTTEEEE!!!! I SHIP YOU TWO SO MUCH! I hope you two have fun!'

Karol: 'Thank you Nancy. I'm going to go and pack my stuff now. I'll talk to ya later.'

Nancy: 'Okay, and HAPPY VALENTINES TOMORROW!!'

Karol: 'THANK YOUUUUUU!!!'

And then I went to sleep.
