"Maddie?" I whispered, knocking on Julio's door lightly, wondering if she was still in his room. I opened the door and peeked my head in, seeing Devon in the corner playing on the Cube as he talked. Okay, so she is probably in our room.

I closed the door quietly, hoping I wouldn't disturb his video. After sucessfully closing the door without Devon noticing, I ran my hand through my hair as I walked down the hall towards our room. "Maddie." I spoke quietly, repeating my actions.

I slowly opened the door and seen Maddie sitting on her bed, her head in her hands. It looked like Bee, Stacy and Jade weren't in. I pursed my lips and slowly closed the door behind me as I tip toed over to where Maddie was sitting.

I carefully sat down beside her and she dug her head further into her hands "Mads, are you alright?" I whispered quietly incase she wasn't okay. She looked up and her eyes were slightly red, giving the impression she had been crying "Maddie?"

"Lia. I hate it." She spoke firmly and looked at me, her blueish eyes slightly shining due to the tears glazing over them. I tilted my head, silently asking what she meant. "I hate it." She repeated and I cleared my throat.

"I used to be the one the boys would talk to and now because you're here they are basically ignoring me. Julio, Devon and I used the be the three amigos and now... they've forgotton about me." She whispered, her voice cracking.

She closed her eyes tightly, trying to block the tears. "Maddie." I spoke firmly and she looked at me, a small tear escaping her left eye. "Don't you ever feel like that." I whispered "You are perfect, you are the freaking Jennifer Lawrence of the cube!" I smiled

She looked at me, a small smile playing on her lips as she waited for me to finnish "Believe me, You are so much better than me. You're sweet, funny, cute and well basically perfect, I say again perfect" 

She smiled brightly at me and I paused, silently telling her I was going to continue speaking "You don't ever have to feel that way, okay Mads? Just come speak to me, i'm always here for you, no matter what." I confirmed and she smiled even more.

Her arms then shot out to me and pulled me into a tight hug, the tears literially pouring out of her eyes now. "Thank you so much Lia." She cried into my shoulder and the door suddenly burst open and in rushed Julio and Devon.
