"So where are we going?" I ask as carter takes me down this long gravel road.
"I found this little creek that I think you might enjoy" carter says turning is face towards mine and giving me a big smile. I put head down and look at my shoes. Clearly I'm blushing. We walk for about half a mile and then I see the little creek. It's clear water was flowing like rapids. Carter then leads me to this hammock between these two big trees.
"Take a seat, my lady" he says gesturing me to sit. I take a seat and he sits next to me.
"So, I know this might be a little late or maybe too early, I don't know, but I was wondering" he stops and looks up at the sky. He takes a deep breath and looks back towards me. He grabs both my hands and looks me in the eyes,
"You are the most beautiful girl I've ever seen, Every time I see your face I can't stop smiling. Your presence just makes my day a whole lot better. Just being with you makes me feel like a better man." I look down at my lap and give a small smile. No one ever as said anything like that to me. It feels good! Great! "And so with that being said, I don't wanna lose you. Ever. So, Aidan, will you be my beautiful girlfriend?"
