If leaving you means you'll be happy then so be it

Who am I supposed to be if I'm weighing you down
You're drowning in my shadow
I'm sorry I never noticed until now
I promise you this till the day I die
That I promise you I won't cry
It was my decision so I left
I now stand in your shadow
As you once stood before mine
