Chapter 8

I took a deep breath."So, lets begin. remember I had gone to a concert of his? Well, I met him at the meet and greet for the first time."

"The moment I saw her," Justin continued, "I knew she was special. You could say it was love at first sight. While leaving, she asked for my autograph. I didn't want her to be just  a fan, I wanted us to be much more then that. I penned down my number with the autograph. We've kept in touch through phone calls and texts since then."

"Why didn't you tell us, Alex?" Kate demanded

"Well, atleast one of you guys knew." I said.

"Guilty."interrupted David

"Yeah, well I knew it was her birthday next week, so I asked Scooter to make arrangements for a vacation to her place."

"Justin told me on monday morning. He had called me, Kate, not my mom"

"But why didn't you tell me?"

"Well, I kinda wanted to keep it a secret, you know…I wanted some alone time with him."

"Which we were having until this evening." Justin continued.

"Guilty again." David groaned.

Everyone laughed.

"So what happened this weekend?" Matt asked.

"Well, yeah. It was last night." I said.

"Ooh! What happened last night?" Yasmin asked.

I laughed, "Nothing like what you're thinking, Yasmin."

"Yesterday, when I walked in and gave Alex a hug, she didn't let go for about five minutes. I knew that there might be something real between us two."

"We chilled out the whole day, and after dinner we switched on some music." I continued.

"We slow danced, and thats when I made my move." Justin said.

A minutes pause, and Sean said,"Go on, tell us what happened!"

I felt myself blush, but then Justin's cheeks looked redder than mine could ever be, so I continued.

"So when the music stopped, he sang one the songs from his upcoming album to me. It was so romantic!"

"Justin, could you please sing? A few lines?" Kate asked.

With no hesitation, he looked at me and began singing in his angelic voice,"Cause baby when you're with me, Its like an angel came by, and took me to heaven, Cause when I stare in your eyes, it couldn't be better, Let the music blast, we're gonna do our dance, Bring the doubters on, they don't matter at all, Cause this lifes too long, and this loves too strong, So baby know for sure that I'll never let you go."

There was silence, which was broken by Yasmin-"Alex, you're one lucky girl!"

Justin smiled. I kissed his cheek and continued,"And thats when we kissed. It was-"

"The most magical moment ever" Justin ended.

"We spent today similarly. Chilled out. Swam. Well then,"I said,"thats it. Justin, We should order dinner now, or else we'll starve to death by the time it arrives!"

"Ok. Pizza, everyone?" He asked. After a chorus of "yeah sure"s, Justin and I went in the kitchen. I didn't need to take their orders before calling, I knew each ones favorite by heart!

I picked up the cordless and l leaned on the platform, dialing the number when Justin said,"I really like your friends. They're really cool."

I looked up ,"Baby, you know what, I'm sure we've converted a few haters tonight. They really like you too."

Justin broke into a grin,"Aww Alex, you're so sweet! You know what, I think you're right. And now," he continued in a whisper, "about our incomplete moment," we kissed. His lips felt so soft, so good on mine, I wrapped my arms around his neck as he wrapped his around my waist. We broke apart a few minutes later, and found Sean and Christina standing at the kitchen door.

"We came to see what was holding you guys up, but then we didn't have the heart to disturb you," said Christina. 

"Is there no privacy available?" Justin groaned.

We all laughed and i picked up the phone and called Pizza Hut.

"Alex," said Justin as we walked out of the kitchen,"your friends are cool, but they sure know how to embarrass a guy!"
