The rest of the day went on fast. Zander and I said a few words. Val and I got along. Ashton was in a mood. And bam! Time to go home.

Once there, mom comes over saying Amber will be here any time now.

I nod my head and grab my phone.

...77 unread messages. 72 from Jake 2 from unknown and 2 from Maddie and 1 from Amber saying she's on her way.

What the actual heck Jay?

As I run through the messages Jay sent I catch the unknown number text me again.

Jakes messages consist of flu and busy and if I was with Ashton. Why does that matter.

I go to the unknown number

?- Glasses how's your day going?

Ashy😎- Blame max.

I gave max my number when I went back to the cafeteria. My bad.

My thoughts cut off when the doorbell rings.

"Eleanor, Ambers here is the piano tuned?" My mom yells.

"It always is."

She laughs and I here greetings at the door.

"This is Eleanor. She will be your teacher." My mother explains.

Amber is a short little girl probably 6? And has blonde hair and blue eyes. Looks like Emma. Well frickity frackity.

Amber just waves. I can tell she doesn't want to be here. I can arrange that.

"So imma take her. You guys enjoy your adult stuff." I smile pointing at the mini Emma.

"Okay sweety!"mom smiles at me.

I take amber to the music room and we sit down.

"Imma get strait to the point. Are they making you play piano?"

"What? N-no I have always wanted to play..." She smiles

"I have more siblings than I can count abd my brother and I are the oldest."

"Does that mean twins? Thats so cool!" She smiles.

"He's my best friend. But back on track." I laugh at her attemt to change the subject.

"I uh...yeah. I never wanted to play piano. I wanted to bake and paint and have fun. I mean piano is great and all but it was never for me...." She rambles.

I can't help but shake my head and chuckle. "Look calm down I didn't want to teach anyone either. I kinda skipped detention. But that's not the point. Just tell youre parents after this. We can just hang out and ill play some piano to make it seem like your playing..."

"I, you would do that for me? But, they expect me to be like my sister. Do you know her?"

"Of course. And I might." I shrug playong dumb.

"Her name is Emma Williams"

"Yeah I know her." I say as nicely as possible.

"Are you that girl that is flirting with her boyfriend?"

"Ew no." I laugh.

"Cause if so keep it up. She needs someone to put her in her place every now and then." What a smart suc year old geeze and petes.

"Do you know my friends sister?" I ask realizing her age.

"Who?" She questions

"Valerie."

"...no." She starts playing with her hair. Liar...

"Oh. Too bad she's nice." I start to say.

"Ill tell my parents later. Lets just change the topic."

"Okay." I say.

"Thank you ms king."

"Ella and no problem."

Her parents were really understanding.

"Honey I got a call. We found someone who wouldn't take no for an answer!" My mother smiles excitedly.

"Oh who's that?" I wonder. And why so soon?

"I dont really know. Asher? Autumn?" She starts saying names.

Shit." Is it Ashton?"

"Yeah! that's it! Do you know him? Is he cute? Are you friends?"

"Mooomm!" She can not be serious. Wth mom.

"What?" She gives me an inoccent smile.

I roll my eyes. "Nothing."As I walk away my phone goes off.

I had to tell Zander. He had to leave the house that day. I never wanted to be popular like my brother or on the top like my brother. I wanted to go unnoticed.

So when I relized my brother was there. I told him not to mention me. I told him to make me disappear and I told him why. He understood after time.

I mean him and I are the top of our classes. So our parents dint mind us doing anything.

But first talking to Zander.

"Hey brother from the same mother."

"Hey sister from the same mister."

"I need you to leave next Friday night."

"What why???"

"You annoying ass friend wants to learn piano."

"That's surprising."

"Whys that?"

"His dad used to practice with him."

"Again. Why?"

He rolls his eyes."Nothing its fine."

"Zander. Can i just apoligize for slapping you?"

He starts laughing and for once in my life I'm not being sarcastic. "Zander!"

" Sorry. I was angry at first...kinda sad but when I thought about it. Its good to know my sister grew a pair."

All I can do is hug him and walk away.

"You know you love me!" He shouts.

"When Sam smith and your hair-" I start.

"Don't finish that sentence you potato ass psycho!" He screams.

"Zander King watch your mouth!" My mom shouts.
