Your POV

We got back to Doc's house and were in the garage as Einy laid down by my feet. Whining gently. I looked over to the furry sidekick.

"I know buddy, I don't want to see it go either" I rubbed his ear as I sat next to him and he put his head on my lap. I kissed his head before looking over to the time jumping duo. Doc was getting ready to dismantle the poor DeLorean and I stood up quickly "Wait, what if we had one more trip?"

Doc looked over to me and rose a brow, his eyes wide as ever. "One more trip? We've been over this dear"

Marty leaned on the table behind him and shrugged "I dunno, Doc. It could be fun. One last hoorah?"

Doc ran a hand through his wild and unruly hair. "I don't know, you two." I looked to Marty and smiled before we both hugged him "C'mon Doc" Marty said "Pretty please?" I asked with my best puppy dog eyes since I was in front of him and Marty was more off to the side. He looked at me before sighing deeply "Fine, fine. Just this one last time. I mean it"

We smiled and let go before we did our little happy dance, making Doc chuckle. We climbed into the DeLorean and I couldn't help but smile as I put the date I wanted to go to in, my hand resting on Doc's knee as I leaned over.

"June 14th, 1931?" he asked. I nodded and smiled. "That's the day the speakeasy burned down. No one ever uncovered the mystery, I wanna see if we can"

He smiled a little and started the car and we left the garage before the car started floating and we left. We got to 1931 and they got dressed before handing me a dress. "One thing I hate about this time. Women have to wear dresses."

I stepped out and they both smiled as they looked at me. Marty looked at Doc before hitting his chest a little. He shook his head and hummed. "We need an alias so no one knows our names. I'll be Carl Sagan," he said. Marty nodded

 "I'll be Harry Callahan." they both looked over to me as I thought about a name. "I'll be Dorothy Thorne" I smiled. They nodded and smiled gently. "Let's stash the time machine, then we can head into town," Doc said. We did and Doc held his arm out for me, I wrapped mine around his as we started walking into town.

~~~~
We got into town and we looked around. "Isn't Kid Tannen supposed to be around during this era?" I asked. Doc nodded slowly. "He and his gang yes. If I remember correctly they own the soup kitchen now." I nodded gently and looked around.
We stayed around town square for a little before Doc got up and walked off as Marty and I talked. There was an explosion before we saw Doc hit the ground. I went to go help but Marty grabbed my arm. "We can't, look!" he said as I saw an officer pick up Doc and carry him into the police station. "Ahh shiii~ Marty! Doc got arrested, what do we do?"
He pulled me into a hug and shushed me. "We can figure it out later, for now, we need to find a place to stay."
I nodded slowly as we went to stay at an Inn that welcomes transients. "I guess we're pretty much transients" I sighed deeply. "Don't worry about Doc, he'll figure out what to do, he always does." I nodded slowly and sighed again.
"I'm just worried about the old coot. He can never stay focused on one thing." He chuckled and nodded. "Gotta love that about the guy. Now let's get some sleep."
I nodded and went to head in and bit my lip as I thought about Doc being in that jail cell.
~~~

We woke up as the sun was already up. "What time is it?" I asked as I looked at Marty. "Almost noon, Doc should be up by now, hopefully, he has a couple ideas."

I nodded and we headed over to find him.  We walked up to a jail cell window and Marty got his attention. He popped up and smiled "There you two are, what happened last night?" he rubbed his head.

"The speakeasy blew up, then you got arrested," I said. He hummed. "That's why they're charging me with arson." He shook his head "We gotta get me out of here." he said. We nodded in agreement. I gasped as I remembered something. "Wait, I saw a newspaper about the guy who burned down Tannen's speakeasy, they gunned him down on the courthouse steps the nextday after his release." I said quickly. Doc and Marty looked at me shocked. "Great Scott." Doc muttered as he rubbed his face.

I bit my lip. "We have  to get him out of there before that happens" I paced the sidewalk a little "If we don't get him out of there and Kid gets ahold of him" I shook my head "I don't even want to think about it. Damn! We should have brought Einy"

I could feel eyes on me as I looked over "What? Don't look at me like that" Marty glanced to Doc "She sounds like you when you mutter." He shook his head and paced a little "Mutter? I don't mutter when have I ever muttered?"

"Doc!" He looked at us "Right, right, Oh! You can find my 17-year-old self, he was working on a rocket-powered drill that can get me out of here, but you'll have to get me to finish it tonight, I sent a patent out but they never got back to me" he paused "You two need to pose as a couple scientists from the patent office."

We nodded slowly "Where can we find mini you?" I asked. "At the courthouse, Pop was always trying to get me to be a lawyer," he said. A cop opened the door and I pulled Marty closer to the wall as I held my hands on his chest, his hand on the brick wall. The cop left and we sighed with relief. He moved away and Doc looked at us. "We gotta get going, we have a deadline."

"That's not funny," Doc said as we walked off. I saw the doors to the courthouse open and I looked over. "Look, is that him you think?" Marty looked over and nodded. "Certainly looks like Doc." I nodded and we walked over, noticing the muttering he was doing.

"Excuse me, Emmett?" I asked and he turned around, stopping as he looked at me. "Y-yes, who are you? Do I know you?" he asked. I smiled wide.

He certainly is cute.

"We're with the patent office. We've come to speak to you about your rocket-powered drill. I'm Dorothy Thorne and this is Harry Callahan." He shook his head. "Rocket-powered drill, I have no idea what you're talking about." he waved us off and started walking to the law office across from time square. I looked at Marty as we shared concerned looks.

We rushed to catch up with younger Doc. "What? I don't know anything about a rocket-powered drill. Leave me alone! I have very important business to take care of" He turned around and walked into the law office. We went to talk to Doc again. "He won't listen, he says he doesn't know anything about a rocket drill." Marty sighed. "He probably thinks you both were sent by my father, to check up on me." He thought for a moment.

"I don't know, but he sure does mutter a lot." I said. Doc looked at me for a moment. "What's he muttering about?" he asked.

We shrugged "A times H or H times A and the inverse of A?" I shook my head. "I used to go through equations when I was stressed, but why would I be stressed?" He thought for a moment. "The expo! That's right. I needed an idea for the expo so I could prove to my dad that my science will work out." He hummed. "Record what I'm saying with this and bring it back here," he said as he handed Marty a recorder.

We sighed and nodded to each other. It was going to be a long day, and one hell of a long trip for the three of us.

So I've made some changes to this story, Instead of it following the movies, it'll follow the game episodes. So far it's in the first episode of the game which is by Telltale games. Back to the future: It's About Time. Since the movies had already been done, this way it'll be a little better, each episode will be about 3 or 4 chapters long (maybe) it just depends on how much I can remember from each of the episodes, since I did finish all 5 in two days. A lot happens in those 5 episodes so I'll try and narrow it down to a couple things every episode so this story isn't INSANELY long) (1539 words)
