ATTENTION!!! HELLOOOOOOO!!!! Okay I know some of you are probably annoyed that I keep changing things here and there, buuuut. In the first chapter Avery thinks that her dad was killed by a drug dealer that he had called the cops on. I was changed it a bit to fit the story better. NOW. Avery doesn't know why her dad was killed. All she knows is that the mans name was Dean and that he 'coincidentally' had the same last name as Tyler. Everyone up to date? If you have any questions then please ask away! Hope ya like this chapter! I know I do! I was jumping up and down in my seat the entire time I was writing it! PLLLLLLEEEEEEEEAAAAASSSSEEEE comment and tell me what you think cuz I really really want to know what you ppl think of this chapter!

"Pst. Psst." I groaned and lifted my head up from the desk to look in front of me at Ray who was currently holding a small piece of folded paper in front of my face. She gave me the 'its important' look and slipped it onto my desk in front of me. I groaned again and looked up to see of Ms. Parker was looking before unfolding the paper and reading the messy words that were scrawled across the paper.

Remember how you asked me if something happened to Ty on that day? Apparently some shit happened to his dad and stuff. I don't really know what but that's what I got out of my dad when he got drunk last night. Just thought you'd wanna know. -Ray

I looked up at her surprised and back at the paper again. It made sense, but I just wish I knew what happened to make him so mad. Not that he's not like that everyday. I looked up at Ray and gave her a thumbs up, mouthing a thanks as well. The teacher glared, noticing our little exchange before going back to her lesson on Algebra. I rolled my eyes, annoyed with the teacher for making me sit in a place that made it so hard to talk to Ray without her noticing. I was sitting in the second last row by the window, Ray and James were in front of me and Sin was sitting beside me. I felt someone glaring at me from behind and glanced quickly over my shoulder. Once again, if looks could kill, I'd be six feet under. I mouthed 'what' to Tyler and gave him the best glare I could muster. Which, unlike his, wasn't that scary. He scoffed and put his head down of the desk, ignoring me once again.

"Okay class, since I'm so kind and generous I won't be giving you any homework today." The class cheered and Ms. Parker held up her hand, silencing us again. "But! You will have a short test next Monday so study hard!" She yelled, glaring at a couple students in the room. The bell went off signaling the end of the period and the beginning of lunch. I packed my stuff up as quick as possible and rushed out of the classroom with Ray by my side. "Hey hold up!" Sin yelled, dragging poor James behind him. Ray laughed and linked arms with me before running through the halls as fast as she could, dogging students here and there.

"Safe!" She yelled as we burst through the cafeteria doors, earning a bunch of confused looks from other people in the room. We ran over to our usual table in that back and sat down. So far it was just Ray, Cherry, Jamie, Damian and I. The suckers we left behind still hadn't caught up. Cherry grabbed a french fry from the middle of the table and popped it in her mouth. "So what took you people so long?"

Ray laughed and threw a french fry at her, starting a mini food fight between the two. "It's not our fault our class in on the other side of the freaking school." I giggled as I watched the two. Damian laughed along with me and threw an arm around my shoulder. I glanced up at him and smiled at his 'can you help me with something?' look. "What can I do for you? I'm broke so don't ask me for money." He laughed and pointed at a table not to far off from us at a small blond who was shamelessly staring at him. She was sitting alone with a text book in front of her. My eyebrows rose in surprise at the girl, who was most definitely not the type Damian usually goes after. She was very small with straight blond hair that  ended on her shoulders. A small face with pretty blue eyes and freckles across her nose. She also wore a pair of cute black glasses on her face. Her clothes were simple, a pair of black skinny's and a purple hoody, with matching purple converse. "Her names Shay. She's really nice and in my English class. I like her but...she's..how do I put this. Different then most girls I date. I don't know how to ask her out." He said sheepishly, a huge blush creeping up to his face. "One. Is it just me or am I becoming the only one in the group with no man? Two. Mister player is actually asking for help with a girl? Three. I'm not gonna help if your just gonna bang her and leave." I finished, poking him in the chest with a playful glare on my face. He laughed and shook his head, still gazing at her.
