Why am I so ugly?

Castiel's P.O.V

The next day at school I was alone. Dean wouldn't even look at me. After class I went to the restroom and when I came back out I saw him in the hall with Lisa. No one else was around, just him and Lisa. I slid behind the corner some more and listened in closely. "So are you still with... Whatever his name is?" Lisa asked. Dean trailed his hands down her sides and pushed her up against the locker. "He'd ruin my reputation, I think I'll just cut him loose. And then maybe we can.. You know.." Dean grinned at Lisa and she blushed.

"Of course Dean. I'd love to... Tonight?"

"Yes." Dean cooed and kissed her neck. My stomach dropped. "What are you doing?" Crowley had come up behind me and tapped my shoulder. I yelped, and this caused unwanted attention. "Cas..?" Dean quickly let go of Lisa. She grinned. "Bye, Dean." She left, swinging her hips flirtatiously. I looked at Dean. Bile rose in my throat and I hurried off to the restroom. I'd never been so sick in my life.

I washed my face off after a while and stared at the mirror. Anger boiled up inside me like a volcano. I punched the mirror, glass shattering everywhere, my hand bleeding. "Castiel?" Crowley stepped into the bathroom and saw me. My hands were shaking and my lips were trembling. He came over to me and started picking shards of glass out of my hand. "Why'd you do that..?" He looked up at me.

"Dean.." was all I managed to say.

"Let's get out of here.. Let me take you to get ice cream. Would you like that?" Crowley smiled and I nodded. I didn't want to go anywhere, but he was only trying to help, right? He wiped my eyes. "Don't cry. Don't be upset. It'll be okay." Crowley kissed my cheek and made me blush. He grinned. "C'mon babe, smile for me." I smiled slightly. I could always pull off a fake smile on Dean.. But that's probably because he didn't care. Crowley was different, he saw how fake it was. "Ice cream will make you happier, I promise love."

We left the school and walked to the small ice cream parlour down the road. I saw Dean on a park bench with his head in his hands. When he saw us walk by he jumped up and called my name. Crowley put his arm around me and whispered in my ear. "Just ignore him, he has Lisa, right?" He smiled and glanced back at Dean, bringing me closer to him. We arrived shortly and he bought us two ice creams. Crowley watched me lick up my ice cream and he was watching very closely, grinning. He must have noticed that I saw him because he turned away. I wasn't quite sure why he looked at me like that, so I ignored it. We soon finished and were about to leave before Dean came in.

He walked up to our table. "Crowley, can I talk to Castiel for a moment?"

"Sorry Dean, but we're busy," Crowley stood up and took my hand, "let's go to my house." He smiled at me and frowned at Dean.

"Cas, please baby, talk to me.." Dean bit his lip.

"Why would he talk to you? After all, you're the only who told us about," Crowley lifted my sleeve slightly, "these."

I looked up at Dean and swallowed. "Why would you do that.."

"It'd ruin my reputation-"

"It's always about your fucking reputation isn't it, Dean? Why don't you just care about me for once, huh?" I shouted, and people started turning their heads. I didn't care though. Let them stare, let them whisper. I had enough. "Cas.." He breathed out.

"Save it. I'm gonna be with Crowley from now on. But I guess you don't care about that either. Just as long as someone's sucking you off, you don't care who it is. Boy or girl." I dragged Crowley outside of the ice cream parlour with me, and we only made it halfway to his house before I broke down and cried.
