~Chapter 3~

Hanji's POV

'Wait for it,

Just wait for the right moment...

No, I just can't wait.

No, I must wait.

You know what? Do it. Now.'

I stared intensely at Mikasa sleeping. She looked so peaceful.. Oh well.

"GOOD MORNING MY LITTLE RAY OF SUNSHINE!"

Mikasa's POV

I awoke because of a certain eccentric little alarm clock. It was pretty annoying too.

"AAH! SWEET BABY FRECKLED JESUS, HANJI WHAT THE HELL?! I was trying to sleep if you hadn't noticed."

"Oh I'm sorry, I just wanted to make sure you were on time for school."

I shot her a glare. 'If looks could kill. If looks could only fucking kill.' "I don't have to leave until seven-thirty and it's five AM. I'm sorry, but I don't happen to take two and a half hours to get ready."

"Oh, it's five AM, huh? Well could you take another look at the clock of yours?" I rolled my eyes and picked up my phone. I pressed the button on top and turned on the phone.

"It says five AM." I held it up to her face to show her.

"Are you blind? Because that clearly says seven forty-five." I looked back at my phone and immediately jumped up.

"SHIT CLASS STARTS IN FIFTEEN MINUTES I NEED TO GO!" I was about to run to get dressed when the doorbell rung.

"Hanji, can you please get that for me? I really need to get ready."

"Yes Ma'am!" Then she ran off to get the door.

Eren's POV

>7:00 AM<

I walked out into the kitchen to make myself some cereal, when I saw the cute little lump curled up on my couch. I smiled at him. 'Levi. Such an adorable name to go with an adorable face,' I thought. Or at least I thought I had thought it, but I didn't. I had said it out loud. I covered my mouth hoping that he hadn't been awake to hear me. I slowly walked over and looked down at him.

He stirred slightly when I looked at him. Then he slowly opened his eyes and blinked at me.

"Hey brat, what're you staring at?" I blushed slightly and jumped up.

"Um, I was just.. ummm...looking for my phone. That's all." He looked at me and shrugged.

"Tch. Just go get ready to go for school." Levi said with some annoyance in his voice.

I turned toward the kitchen and continued to make my cereal. "Hey, Levi, did you want something to eat? I figured you might get hungry every once in a while."

"I guess I'd rather eat whatever shitty food you have than starve."

I took that as a yes. I got out another bowl and spoon for his cereal. I poured in the corn flakes and milk and set it next to my bowl in the next chair. "There you go, now come over here and eat."

Levi's POV

I hate cereal. It's disgusting. I would much rather cook my own breakfast. Normally, I would just starve myself and not eat shitty food. But, for some reason, I still accepted the food.

I walked over to the bowl he, wait what was his name? Ernie? No. Edward? No. Wait. It's Eren. That's what it was. 'Hmmm...cute.'

Anyway, I walked over to the bowl Eren had set up for me. I sat down next to him and checked the time. 'Seven ten..'

I started to eat the disgusting soggy lump of shit called 'food'. "This is gross. Can't you cook?" He looked down at me.

"No, my cooking isn't worth shit. There's no point in me even trying. I burn everything I touch."

"Tch. Well that just means I need to teach you." I mentally slapped myself. 'Why the hell did I just say that I would help him? I don't give a single shit about other people and wouldn't help them if my life depended on it. I'm such a dumbass.'

"I guess that's one thing to look forward to." He got up and put his bowl in the sink and went to go get dressed. "I'll go get ready now."

"Damn should be."

I finished not long after and washed the dishes. 'Can't even clean up his own mess. What a shitty brat.'

I sat down on the couch and turned on the television. I found my favorite show, Shingeki no Kyojin. I saw that the female titan was following a blond boy that looked a lot like a girl. But as soon as the female titan picked him up, it went to commercial.

I looked up and saw that Eren was staring at the television, obviously interested in the show.

"You know there is a sexy little boy in this show with eyes that look just like yours, that beautiful caribbean color.."

He looked at me and blushed bright red. "Well, I'd love to hear all about it, but I am late and I need to check on Mikasa, so you can explain it to me when I get back." Then he turned and slammed the door behind him, leaving me all alone.

'Bye, brat.'
