|Who said I hated you? But yes, yes I do hate you.|

Funny, how these kind of people always got the good things in life. I thought, now staring at the laughing kids around the table. Expensive clothes and maybe even expensive smiles, who knows? I wouldn't be surprised if they would even sell themselves for an awful amount of money, how disgusting. I mentally rolled my eyes, now turning my gaze back down to the table, seated somewhere far in the back of the school's lunch area.
Jisung wasn't there yet, but I wasn't sure what took him so long. I shouldn't be complaining, he's the only friend I have in this goddamn school.
I felt a hand on my shoulder, making me look up seeing him. "What took you so long?" I asked him, as the corners of my lips turn upwards in a slight smile. He sat down, his bag getting thrown next to him on the ground. "I was in the bathroom, but these assholes kept messing around, I had to wait until they were gone" he said, taking his lunch from his bag. "Got any plans for Seulgi?" He asked, his mouth full of food. I looked at him slightly confused. "I thought you weren't with me" I said and he pulled up his shoulders. "I'm not, I think, but I was just wondering about how things are going...if you were planning something" he said, looking at me and raising an eyebrow.
I was silent for a moment before I pulled up my shoulders. "I'm not sure yet...but I'm working on something" I said, making a slight smirk appear on Jisung's lips as well. "Can't wait to see" he said, peacefully eating his lunch as if we didn't have this conversation. I smirked as well, knowing that this would be a hell of a ride [Uh, and that's a long as ride].

Once in class it was hard for me to stay focused. Looking at the clock and then back at my desk, then sometimes looking at Seulgi and the others and then back at the clock. I sighed, time not going fast enough for me. Almost as if it was teasing me by going 0 miles per hour.
The door flew open as a teacher stepped inside, going to the desk of the old man in fronf of class. Soft footsteps followed as a younger figure appeared in the room, staying close to the opened door as if he was nervous. I smiled to myself...
'He's...cute actually'
That's what the girls must've thought as well, as they soon whispered to each other as if they were revealing their dirtiest secrets to each other. They glanced at the new guy, then went back to giggling and whispering.
Soon, the guy got pulled in front of class. "Introduce yourself" he said, not waiting any longer and leaving class, throwing the door shut a bit too loud. The guy stood there, nervously holding onto the straps of his bag as he looked at the door, waiting for someone to get him away from here. He then looked up, his eyes dangling over class as they sparkled. Maybe he was nervous, maybe it was a natural sparkle that was...attractive.
"My name is Mark Lee" he simply spoke, looking at the teacher, his eyes probably pleading to get a way out. "Do you have any hobbies?" The old man asked, earing a sigh from the so called Mark Lee. "No, may I sit down...sir?" Mark said, earning another few chuckles and whispers from the class. The teacher nodded and Mark smiled in relief as if weight got pulled off of his shoulders. He looked around, as I could already see a few girls desperate for his attention. Their legs almost opening for him as if they would never get this chance again...pathetic.
His eyes then landed in my direction, as he smiled slightly and went to the seat next to me, sitting down. I kept my eyes away from him, almost like he was a curse and he just infected me with it.
The girls looked at me slightly confused, and I was confused as well. More whispers coming from the girls and shocked expressions were thrown my way. "You already know my name--" I heard beside me as I then glanced up to look at Mark who already had his eyes on me "what's yours?". He smiled at me as I felt like the air just got sucked out of me, as if my heart just stopped and my throat got closed. My mouth opened as I spoke, stumbling over my words "I--name--Donghyuck..." I stopped realizing that made no sense, mentally cursing at myself for acting so stupid. "M-my name is Donghyuck...Lee Donghyuck" I said, looking back at my book that was still laying on my desk on page 98. "Nice meeting you, Donghyuck" I heard Mark say with a small chuckle before he pulled his books from his bag, focusing on the teacher, who was speaking about everything I really don't give a fuck about. "It's nice meeting you too...Mark" I mumbled under my breathe as I nervously fiddled with my pen.

The day went on, Mark sat beside me every lesson. I didn't mind it however. Heck, I liked it. Someone who didn't seem to like it was Seulgi. Along with Wendy and Joy, who gave me dirty looks everytime he would choose to sit beside me and not them. Although I was mentally scolding them, I said nothing, did nothing about the whispers or dirty looks. My first impression to the new kid was what matters, being a loner is fine, but having someone to sit next to you was actually...relaxing almost. As if it showed me that I wasn't completely alone.
As the last lesson ended and we all made it out of class alive, Mark said goodbye to me, walking to his locker as I went on my way to mine.
As I opened it, it immediately got thrown shut with force, I turned, seeing Seulgi and Wendy, leaning against a few other lockers as they looked at me with smug faces. "What about you and Mark, huh?" Seulgi spoke, her arms crossing as she spoke. I pulled up my shoulders "He just sat next to me, that's all" I said, about to pull open my locker as she held it close. "I know you hate me, Hyuckie~ but I really want you to leave him alone, he'll never like you...as friends nor as more" Seulgi spoke again, her hand slowly leaving my locker. "Keep that in mind" Wendy said after, both of them now walking away. Their hips swaying as they walked, making me roll my eyes.
"Who said I hated you?"
I mumbled, opening my locker and grabbing my jacket. As I was putting it on I noticed Seulgi and Wendy walk by, this time with Mark. I looked after them.
"But yes, yes I do hate you."
