Beep. . . . . . Beep. . . . . .Beep. . . . . . .

I grunt under my blanket, reaching for my alarm clock. I peeked at the time. 6:05am. Rise and shine. Time for a new day. I removed the blanket off myself. I sat up stretching my back out, rising my arms in the air, as I yawned. I shouldn't have sleep so late, but when the pack is up all night howling at the moon. I don't think anyone could get any sleep.

Yes, you heard right. Pack howling at the moon. You might be asking why, I wasn't with them howling at the moon as well. Well, it's complicated and a long story. . . . . . . . . . Fine! Maybe not that long and it's not like I got anything else to do today.

Well, where shall I begin? My name I guess. My name is Stella D. Crawford. My name means Star. Or whatever. I'm nineteen years old. My favorite color is Yellow. My favorite flower is a sunflower. My birthday is October 16. My blood type. . . . Oh, that might not be what you want to hear right?

Alright, here it is. I'm am a werewolf, or am suppose to be. I just haven't shifted yet. We shift at the age of ten. We find our mates at 15. We move out of our parents home at 16. The pack builds homes for the new mates. You could say our pack lives in a small town, of just us. Like the Amish. I guess. . .But we have electricity and we do go out to town.

My point is I haven't shifted. I got kicked out of my home. Being the daughter of the beta that haven't shifted is not easy. Getting picked everyday. It starts to get annoying. I'm an outcasts as an omega. No friends, no family. The pack did build me a home for me, at the far end of the valley. Away from everyone else.

Think of a valley but with trees everywhere. A valley in the middle of the forest. We are a small pack, about 100 members, more or less. Our pack is the Moonlight pack. We pretty much keep to ourself, but we are well known for our warriors. The best out there. Training is HELL! Which reminds me, I'm late for my training.

I got up walking towards the bathroom, morning duty. Get it 'duty.' As I was done with my 'duty', I make myself laugh at that. Hey, don't judge me. When your an outcast and no one speaks to you unless they have to or pick on you. You'll have to make yourself laugh. Look at the bright side of things, and ect. As I passed myself on the mirror, I step back to take a better look.

I had dark circles under my green / yellowish eyes. I rubbed the under of my eye, thinking it would help make them disappear. My straight black hair hung right below my butt. It was messy all over the place. I looked like the grudge. Expected I had tan skin. I had a tall frame, being 5'9". I brushed my hair putting it up on a high pony tail. Still the back side was still long. I went into my room to grab my black tank top and my baggy army pants. I put on my combat boots.

I might be an outcast, but I still have training. Being an outcast has it's up and down. It's up, I became stronger, because no one held back. It's down, NO one held back. In the beginning I was beaten pretty bad. The pack Doc, didn't give two 'duty' about me. I had to treat myself. Not shifting yet, meant I healed like a human. Another up, I learned a bit about meds, broken bones, dislocated shoulders, and how to place them back in. All on my own. Down, it hurt like hell! I had to learn real fast to suck it up! Up, I now have a higher tolerances for pain.

I once believed, I was just a human. That my parents just came across me one day in the woods and took me in, but if that was the case. My younger sister wouldn't look a spiting image of me. And she shifted at 10. She about to turn 15. Tomorrow night is her birthday. Everyone is excited. Beta's daughter and all. I looked at my alarm clock. It read 6:49 am.

'DUTY' I'm late! I ran out my small home. It's only a square. The only room that was a closed off area was the bathroom. The sun was rising. I could see from a distant that everyone was already warming up. I'm so done for. As I reached everyone on the training ground. Everyone looked at me. The Delta that is teaching classes today only growled at me as I tried to join the group.
