None of the boys were answering their phones. For every call I got voice mail. I didn’t bother leaving any messages because I didn’t know what to say.
“Hi you’ve reached Liam; sorry I can’t pick up now please leave a message and I’ll try to get back to you. Massive thank you!”
Liam is off the list, let’s call Niall.
“Hello?”
“Hey Niall its Addison, I was wond—“
“Hey.”
“Yeah hi. So do you know if—“
“Ha Ha Ha just kidding… I’m sorry Lou made me. (Good one Lou) anyways leave a message and I’ll call you back. Bye”
Um ok… how about Harry.
“You’ve reached the Sexy Styles hotline…”
That’s funny it wasn’t his voice.
“LOU GIVE ME BACK MY PHONE NOW OR ELSE I’ll GIVE YOU THE SCILENCE TREATMENT FOR THE REST OF THE DAY!”
“Leave a message.”
Oh that explains it, well if Louis is on everybody else’s phone I doubt he’ll be on his.
“I’m Louis but I bet you knew that. That’s probably why you’re calling me; anyways leave me a message if you are a Lamborghini dealer or Harry. Bye!
Last but not least; Zayn.
“Vas Happin’? I can’t pick up now so call me back later and hopefully I’ll answer. Bye.”
Ok so that didn’t go out as planned but if they have it maybe they’ll bring it tomorrow. I didn’t have anything to worry about; they couldn’t open it without the key, but just not having it makes me worry.
After pacing around a bit I sat down on the couch and turned on the TV. A game on but I just flipped through the channels until I found something interesting. The X-factor was the only thing good I could find. I think this was a rerun of the finale because the season just ended. Ever since I moved here I kind of got in the habit of watching it because my grandmother would sometimes turn it on. That’s how I knew who One Direction was, but I didn’t know like everything about them and how they did. All I basically knew was that they are five guys who can sing and they came in third place. I’m not big on the shows you haft to follow to understand everything like competitions, but when I have free time I sometimes tune in but soon get lost because I didn’t see the last one.
I was snapped back from zoning out when I heard keys rattle from the door. My grandfather walked in and set some grocery bags on the counter.
“Hello dear.” He greeted me
“Hi.” I replied tiredly
“I thought you would be out partying, celebrating the break.”
“You know I’m not the party type.”
“Yeah but you’re going to haft to find something to do this weekend and next week because you know it’s your grandmother and mines anniversary.”
“Oh right I forgot.” I said mentally face palming myself. It was their 43th anniversary and they were going on a cruse for the week. Just them. “I think I have made some plans.”
“Oh good, with who?”
“Some new friends that I met. There really nice and they are going to try to make me more confident.”
“That’s nice but it might be hard, you have been really shy since… oh I don’t know how long but once you’ve lived in that comfort zone for so long it’s difficult to get out.”
