Daddy's little kitten.

Chapter 6

"I'm glade you let me stay here... I gotta take a shower.. Can you watch Violet while I'm gone please?" I ask him as I get up. He nods his head as he turns on the tv. I walk towards the stairs and head into the bathroom in Kevin's room.

I run the water to the perfect temperture. I get undressed and slowly get into the shower. I slowly rince my hair and wash it. After that i begin to wash my body. I feel a cold breeze on my lower legs. I turn around and look down. I see the cutest little snout poking through the shower curtain. I laugh and call out to Kevin. He doesn't answer. "Kevin?" I call out again. "Come get Violet!"

After 30 seconds of no reply, I quickly finish my shower and turn off the water. I get out and wrap myself in a towel and pick up Violet. "Kevin was supposed to be watching you." I say to her as I walk downstairs. I look at the couch and see Kevin passed out. I playfully roll my eyes and walk over to him. I place Violet just above his face and she begins to lick his face. He scratches his nose and smiles. God his smile is amazing! I giggle quietly and put her on his chest. She attacks his nose by bitting it. "Hey!" He jumps up and Violet flies onto the other side of the couch. I begin laughing as he looks at me. "Why did you do that?" He asked as he looked over at Violet. "You were supposed to be watching her you silly. She came to visit me in the shower." I jokingly scold him. "Sorry, I'm just exhausted I guess." He scratched the back of his neck. "I was joking!" I playfully roll my eyes as I go to walk back upstairs. "Hey! By the way my room is the black door. In case you want to take my room." He smiled at me. "We'll see." I joke as i walk upstairs back to the bathroom. I dry myself off, then I went to Kevin's room to get my pj's. I put on my favorite pair of black and white mustache pj's then I walk back downstairs. 

"Hey, I'm finished!" I shout out as Kevin isn't on the couch anymore. "Reece and Robin are coming over to meet Violet!" I hear his voice come from some room of the house. I walk over to the couch and sit down. Violet comes running up to me holding her tennis ball. I take it and throw it, she slides on the tile floor but takes off after the ball. I watch what's on the tv for a little bit.

I hear someone knock at the door. I get up to go answer it. I open the door and I see Reece and Robin standing there in their black jackets. "Hey guys! Come in!" I smile and walk back to the couch. They both take off their shoes and walk over to me. "So where is the little guy?" Robin asks as I hear Violet's claws on the tile floor. "She's on her way!" I laugh. Violet comes and hops onto the couch. She seemed to be guarding me. I put my hand on her back and she seemed to calm down right away. "Guys this is Violet." I look up at them. Robin goes right to pick her up and he cuddles her. "She is so cute!" He almost squeels as he sits on the couch with her in his lap. 

"Hey Reece? Come into the game room please! We need to talk." I hear Kevin call Reece. He gives me a smile before going to see Kevin. So I was left alone with Robin..

He is cuddling Violet as I watch tv. "What do you think they're talking about?" I turn and ask him as he puts Violet down. "It's nothing, I shouldn't be the one to tell you. I think Kevin should be." He tells me. I look down but then turn my gaze back at him. "What's new?" I smile. "Just working on getting my license. You?" He runs his fingers through his hair. "Well I got a puppy but other than that, I think I might be moving in with Kevin." I mention to him. "That's fun, we can see you more often!" His face brightens. I look back towards the room that Kevin and Reece are talking in. "How long will they be?" I asked as Robin looked in the same direction as me. "I'm not sure. Probably not long." He assured me. 

"I'm hungry, you want anything Robin?" I ask as I get up. "What ever your getting is fine." He doesn't turn away from the tv. I roll my eyes, ugh boys. I walk over to the kitchen and open the fridge. I see some fresh oranges. I grab a few and close the fridge door. "Hey Robin!" I call to him. He turns to look at me. "Catch!" I smile as I toss an orange at him. He catches it and gives me a smile. I walk back and sit back down. 

Maybe after a few commercials. I feel Kevin sit down next to me. "Robin let's go." Reece puts his shoes on, so does Robin. "Bye Kevin, see you later Joarden!" They both say as the leave. I sigh and put my head on Kevin's shoulder. "What were you guys talking about?" I ask. "Oh just gang related stuff.. You shouldn't know about it, it wont be good for your safety." He mentions. "You wont let anything happen to me, you said so youself!" I whine. "I don't want to hear your whinning baby girl, I'm tired." He growls. I go pick up Violet and storm upstairs. I walk into Kevin's room and set Violet down in her new kennel. I get under the covers of Kevin's bed and cross my arms and pout.

Not even five minutes later, I hear the bedroom door close. I feel the bed sink directly behind me and soon after that, Kevin wrapped his arms around my hips and pulled me close. "I'm sorry princess. I shouldn't have lost my temper on you." He whispered into my ear. I don't answer as I pretend to be asleep. "Well, goodnight baby girl. Tomorrow we're going out with Reece and Robin." He mumbled. Soon after he told me that, I heard him snoring.
