Astrid's Birthday Plan

Hiccups POV.

Astrid and have been together for almost 6 years now, and I turned 21 a mouth ago. She is now still 20, but she's catching up. She is going to turn 21 in 2 weeks and I wanna surprise her with a romantic midnight hot tub date. Since her birthday is exactly at 12:00am. I know she is going to love it! I'm so excited to show it to her. Btw Toothless and Stormfly found it when they were playing in the woods and they showed it to me. And now we are here.

"Astrid, you excited about your birthday?" I ask.

"Yeah sure I guess, why?" She asked.

"Just asking," I responded with a cheeky smile and she rolled her eyes. "Aha funny dorky buckle head!" She talked me and kissed me full force. "Hmmmffff hmfff!" I laughed into the kiss making her mouth tickle and she laughed to. "Oh Hiccup," she sighed as we pulled away. Your so gorgeous, your eyes." She had a dreamy smile. I blushed. "Oh milady, wonderful love of my life. You are beautiful and gorgeous I get bloody noses every night because of you, physically and emotionally," I said and she chuckled. "Uh is that a good thing?" She asked, I laughed. "It means I'm so in love with you and your stupid beautiful and lovely. But most of all your loving, kind, sweet, tough, sunxy in your own way, and you have been by my side for a long time," I smiled and she did too. "Awww Hiccup," she cooed. "That's so sweet," she said in a cute way that made me roll my eyes and chuckle.

*Later that week*

"Hey Astrid, Ive been wondering, what would you like for your birthday?" I asked and she justed stared and thought about it for a moment. She seemed unsure. "It's ok milady I'll think of something.

Astrid' POV.

Does he know that I really want to do "it" with him? I know that it's gonna sound weird going up to him and asking him what he thinks. But what if he doesn't want to do "it"? That's the thing. Hmmmm.... what no we are not ready for that yet! That's crazy. Or are we? Besides I wanna raise a family with him someday when we get older when we get married. But right now I just wanna feel him, close to me. That's the gift I want.

*2 days befor Astrid's birthday*

Hiccup's POV.

Almost done with her necklace and diamond armor swim suit. I'm making this so that she can swim in it when we go to our secret place, well my secret place right now. But it won't be so secret to her much longer. 😏

*1 day before Astrid's birthday*

No ones POV.

"How come Hiccup hasn't asked me about my birthday lately?" She asked herself. The rest of the gang was out on a beach trip, but Hiccup and Astrid chose to stay behind for some reason. "This is the day, and I think.... DID HE FORGET IT WAS MY BIRTHDAY?" She panted. "He never forgets that!" She raged and stomped off to her hut and sulked for an hour while Toothless and Hiccup went on an afternoon flight.

Hiccups POV.

It's 11:00 I really hope Astrid is still up. I hope she didn't think I forgot about her birthday...

I walked down to the club house and got all the stuff ready. Do I really need swim trunks or should I just go naked? I mean it is just Astrid, Stormfly, Toothless and I on the island right now so... *grins* yeah nope. Ahahah. "Toothless come on let's go set up the midnight date!" I called him. He cooed in excitement. Ok let's go. "Oh wait first I gotta go get her some flowers," he said and face palmed. Her favorites are white and red roses. I'll pick them from Fishlegs' garden since he said there were to many. These shall go to good use. Besides they are special and smell really good.

*Astrid's hut*

"Astrid?" I called and there wasn't an answer.... "is she asleep or something? I asked Toothless he warbled. "Hey Astrid?" I called a bit louder. I'll just go in. I opened her door and walked in. I walked upstairs to her room. " Aww she's sleeping," I cooed to myself. "Ok bud, let's wake her up. We have 15 minutes until her birthday falls," I said nervously. We've got to make it. I've been working so hard in this. This better work!

No ones POV.

"Hiccup?" She asked sleepily. Her eyes looked a bit puffy as if she was crying earlier. "Astrid have been crying?" Hiccup asked concerned. She looked away with sadness. "Hiccup, you forgot about my birthday," she sniffed a bit. "And you have never forgotten it ever since we were little kids," she huffed. "Astrid you do not know what you are in for," he said with a chuckle. "Happy birthday milady," he smiled while giving her the roses. Her eyes sparkled. "You remembered!" She reared up in joy. "Yeah of corse I didn't forget it silly!" He chuckled while placing a kiss on her check. "Come on I wanna show you something very secret," he said. "What is it?" She asked. Hiccup looked at her with a really face. "I'm not telling you, it's a secret. You will find out when we get there," he smiled as so did Astrid. He lead her out of her room and she still had her flowers. "Astrid let's go fly on Toothless to get to my secret soon to be our secret place," he winked. "Ok chief whatever you say," she said while Hiccup helped her get on Toothless. They flew off in the moonlit night off to his secret hot tub....
