A dragon's scales ~KiriBaku~

Truth

Bakugou's eyes shot open. His whole body was stiff. He looked around for the dragon, who had disappeared. Bakugou looked at Kamiarni, who fell asleep during patrol.  Mina and Sero went out for food. Bakugou took his cape off and went looking for his dragon. 

The barbarian pushed through the low branches and bushes.  His gaze landed on a redhead. He was cleaning an open wound. Bakugou stared at the red head's face. The blonde noticed a scar on the redhead's face that matched Riot's. 

"Riot?" Bakugou stood in place. The memory of the nightmare I had flooded back into my head. Riot flinched and shifted into a dragon. I stared at the red monster- no he's not a monster. 

"You're a shifter...Kirishima" Bakugou continued to stare at him. Kirishima shifted back into a human. A look a sorrow on his face. 

"How do you know my name?" He asked 

"I had a nightmare...well it was a memory of yours I think" Bakugou rubbed the back of his neck. Kirishima blushed. Did this mean something to him? 

"I-I'm sorry that I didn't tell you about my human form..." He looked down at his wound. 

"You don't need to apologize. Let's get that wound healed and you'll explain later" Bakugou grabbed Kirishima arm. He brought the redhead to the camp and ripped him a piece of his blood red cape and wrapped it around his wound. Kirishima couldn't help but blush at the blonde. Bakugou finished wrapping it and stared at the crimson blush Kirishima's face. 

"Don't get any wrong ideas shitty hair!" Bakugou yelled, his face also turning red from the blush. 

"Whaaaaaaaaa?" Kirishima and Bakugou turned their head quickly to the sound of Mina's voice. The barbarian let out a sigh.  

"Remeber that dragon we found?" Bakugou started. 

"Yeah??" Mina said, not taking her eyes of Kirishima. 

"Well, Hanata was right. He was no ordinary dragon. He's a shifter" Bakugou growled. Hanata smiled, Mina was shocked and Kamianri just woke up. 

"What happened?" Denki asked. Bakugou rolled his eyes and explained everything...again. 

"Anyway, we got to move camp. Also,  I was in the town and I saw Prince Shouto Todoroki!" Mina beamed. Bakugou scoffed at the name 'Todoroki'. Bakugou, Ashido,  Hanata and started packing the stuff they owned. Bakugou refused that Kirishima helped because he didn't want the wound to get worse. 

"Kirishima tell us a bit about yourself!" Kaminari sat down next to the redhead. 

"I guess you all deserve to know...I was forced to fight for others entertainment and I grew up without a mother or a father" 

"That's horrible. Well, I used to be a Captin of a crew. We got caught by the dark lord and most of my crew died...and my girlfriend...Sero is the only one I know that is alive. Mina, she was a bandit but she join our squad instead. Bakugou is the heir to the Southern Kingdom, he-" 

"I'm a runaway. I don't want the damn throne" Bakugou interrupted. 

"Why?" Kirishima leaned his head to the side. 

"I- ugh! start doing something Kaminari!" Bakugou avoided the question. Bakugou ignored Kirishima and the others for a while before turning back at them.

 "HALT!" A Knight appeared from behind the trees, alongside him was a green haired boy and a red and white haired male.

"Half n' Half" Bakugou growled. 

"Prince Bakugou, I'm going to ask you to come with me. We need to talk" The red and white male glanced at Kirishima. 

"Why should I?" The barbarian walked up to the man. 

"It's about the safety of your kingdom and mine. You won't like to lose anyone to love?"  The Knight backed up the prince. 

"Fine. Shitty hair! Can you carry us all?" Bakugou turned to Kirishima. 

"Uhh- no" Kirishima's hand flinched as if he expected to get hit. 

"It's fine anyway. We have Uraraka and her teleportation" The green haired guy started to walk the opposite way. 

"You better be at my castle by sunset" The red and white haired guy growled. Bakugou rolled his eyes. Kirishima shifted into a dragon and waited for the others. 

"Should we leave our stuff here?" Mina asked. 

"Yeah probably" Kaminari shrugged. 

"Stop talking and get on!" Bakugou yelled. Kirishima moved his head, hitting Bakugou lightly on the head. 

"What the fuck shitty hair!" Bakugou hissed. After Kaminari and Mina got on Kirishima took off. Mina, Kaminari, and Sero started screaming. (Sero mostly closed his eyes). Bakugou grabbed on to Kirishima's horns, breathing hard. The piece of the red cape that was attached to Kirishima ripped off when he shifted, so he started bleeding a bit. When Kirishima started to fly more smoothly, Bakugou opened his eyes. 

"Shit your bleeding" Bakugou looked down at Kirishima wound. Kirishima purred making Bakugou blush dramatically. 

"Fuck off" Bakugou growled. Kirishima smiled.

Kirishima landed at the front gates of the Northern kingdom. 

"I hate this place so much" Bakugou growled. 

"Why?" Kirishima asked while shifting back. 

"This place is the last place I saw my parents..." Bakugou said calmer than usual. They entered the place. 

"Kacchan!" the green haired guy called. 

"Deku. What would a weakling like you want?" Bakugou snarled. 

"Follow me. Todoroki is waiting for you" Deku walked into a room. Mina, Kaminari, and Sero waited for Bakugou and Kirishima. (Bakugou grabbed Kirishima hand so Kiri just followed him). When they entered, Bakugou stopped suddenly. Kirishima looked confused then saw a woman that looked just like him, glaring at Bakugou and himself. 

"Katsuki. It's been two years" She chuckled. Bakugou glared at her. 

"Yeah. What are you doing here?" Bakugou hissed. 

"Oh. King Endeavour invited us" She hissed back. Kirishima's heart started beating faster, he started to breathe hard. 

"Oi. Kirishima are you OK?" Bakugou turned to the redhead. 

"T-this s-seems important...I'll wait with the-" 

"No, stay. You followed Prince Katsuki here so you stay" Endeavour interrupted him, smirking. Kirishima clenched his fist. 

"Fine" 

The meeting was awkward for Kirishima and Bakugou. After it was over Bakugou stormed out followed by everyone else. Kirishima was left alone with Endeavour. 

"I finally got you. So, did my net hit you or did you just fall?" Endeavor broke the silence. 

"It hit me...thank the gods Bakugou found me first" Kirishima glared at the king. 

"NO. I SHOULD HAVE FOUND YOU FIRST! YOUR SCALES ARE RARE AND I NEED THEM!" The king slammed his fist on the table. Kirishima jumped back slightly. 

"At least you still your place. hybrid"
