Chap 15. Toas curse

Jesse stood up and walked towards them. He looked like a person made of lava stone and magma inside. "I'm so sorry..." "Stop! Don't come any closer! You aren't gods! You are devils!!" Kiara shouted. "I hate you!!" She raged. "Kiara! Shut up!" Bella raged. Kiara pushed Hanzo to the ground so he hit his head. Jesse's skin started to burn as he ran to Hanzo, checking him. He was hit unconcious. Jesse's skin burned more as he turned to Kiara. "Kiara."

Kiara backed away. "I hate you! I hate all of you!" She shouted. Jesse walked towards her, looking exactly what she would imagine one would look like. "Why in the name of the god of all skies did you do that to Hanzo?!" He yelled. He seemed furious. Ka stood up, walking between Jesse and Kiara. "I... I..." Kiara said. Kra walked to them too. "Kiara..." Kra growled. Jesse's hair started to burn. It had been a long LONG time since Toa had killed any human

"Go for it." Kra said. Kiara backed away. Afraid. Very afraid. Ka stepped aside. Toa walked to Kiara. Fast. Hot. Angry. Kiara backed to the wall. "L-Lord Toa I-I-!" Toa put his hand over her mouth. "We may be gods, but we can bring about curses too darlin'. And what ya just did to that man right there." He pointed to Hanzo. "He was MY blessing. And now you, will get my CURSE." Jesse's eyes turned bright red as he started to mumble something. Ka covered Bella's eyes, hugging her. Mako covered Jamie's eyes and ears.

Kra watched. Silently. Jesse's eyes flashed, and the grey bits of stone on his skin started to break off, showing his real skin color once again. He started to turn back to normal. He walked to Hanzo, looking tired. He laid by the shorter man, hugging him. Ka looked at Kiara. "You've been cursed by one of the gods. NOW you may leave the island. Be ashamed of yourself. You hurt your father and insulted all three of us gods." "What is my curse...?" Kiars asked. She looked terrified. "I may as well. Nobody hurts what is my Brothers!" Kra shouted.

Ka pointed and lookrd at Kra. "That was Toa's curse. Not yours." He looked back to Kiara. "No human being can hear you anymore. Only divine creatures, like us gods." He crossed his arms. "For the curse to be lifted, you must appease to Lord Toa." "What...?!" Kiara asked. "You got the light curse. He could had killed you!" Kra said. "I might, if you mock us again." He hissed, then walking to Mako. Bella hugged Ka. Jack walked to Kiara, pet her head once. He looked dissapointed and then walked to Hanzo and Toa.

Toa was holding Hanzo gently, eyes half closed. "He's just unconcious, but... His head's bleeding." he sounded tired. Ka sighed and hugged Bella gently. Mako hugged Kra tightly.

Jack ripped his shirt and made a bandage around Hanzos head. "The bleeding should stop soon." He said. Kra hugged Mako. "I want to kill that girl..." He hissed.

Mako pet him. "Don't." He pulled the god's hair without anyone noticing to prove his point.

The god let out a small gasp, but smiled. Mako kissed his forehead. "Just leave her alone. Allright?" Jamie ran to Kiara. "Kiara-" Kra nodded. Kiara looked at him. Her mouth moved, but there was no sound. Jamie's eyes teared up. "I can't hear you..." Kiara paniced. She then looked at Toa. Toa was falling asleep. Ka was laying a blanket over him and Hanzo.

Bella helped him. Jack looked at Hanzo and his daughter. Ka sighed and ran a hand through his hair. "Curses take a lot out of our bodies... In this state-" He motioned to the sleeping Jesse. "-we can be killed." "What...?" Bella asked. Kra looked at Kiara, angry.

Ka nodded. "That's why there's three of us. We protect eachother from danger, but also look over the people in the villages." He explained, looking at Toa the whole time. Mako had a hold on Kra's hair, tugging it lightly when he glared at Kiara.

Kiara backed away and ran off. Bella was about to go after her. Jamie ran after her, but the tunnel to outside was blocked by the new wall made of cooled down lava. Kiara just stood there. Crying. Jamie hugged her. "Umm... Hey, I know..." He held out his hand. "Write on my palm." Kiara looked at Jamie and then down. She didn't know what to say.

Jamie frowned a bit and hugged her. "I'm sorry..." Kiara hugged back. She was trembling, tears falling from her eyes. Mako walked towards her. Kiara looked at the big man. Mako looked down at her. "Didn't Hanzo teach you to never disrespect gods?"

Kiara nodded. She wrote to Jamies' hand. "They destroyed the village." Jamie said. "You disrespected the gods. And the ones they have blessed. AND your father." Mako crossed his arms. " I hate them. Thats not gonna... Change...?! Kiara you can't say that!" Jamie said. Mako grabbed her hair. "You wouldn't exist if those two men right there hadn't met." He pointed to Hanzo and Toa. "One of them is unconcious and bleeding, the other one is a god in a mortal state. You have no excuse for hurting them." "They would! Those blessings are- Kiara stop it!" Jamie said. "Are what?" Mako asked. "Bullshit..." Jamie said.

Mako pulled her hair. "Do I have to teach you a lesson?" "Do it, Papa." Jamie said. Kiara was terrified. Mako slapped her across the face. "Never talk to gods like you have today!!! You've already been cursed, do you want them to kill you too?!" Kiara held her face. Mako growled. "Once we get a way out, I never want to see your face."

Kiara tried to look tough, even though she was crying. She ran away to some part of the volcano. She saw Toa and Hanzo laying on the floor together, everyone else around them. Ka and Kra watched her walk past like tigers protecting their cubs. Kra was even growling. Bella and Jack were with them.

Mako walked back to them. He grabbed Hanzo and pulled him a bit farther from Toa, checking where he was bleeding. He was bleeding from the back of his head, but it had almost dried off. Kra looked at Mako, and when he didn't notice, the god floated after Kiara.
