Beth arrived at the hospital. Iris meets her at the door. She hugs her little sister. Louise ran down the hallway to her daughter. She swallows Beth in a hug. Dominic was only eight years younger than Beth. He was surprise to Louise and Jackson Clarke. Louise thought she couldn't get pregnant after Beth's birth. She had a lot of problems from her labor and delivery with her middle child. Louise loved her children. She devoted her life to them. Jackson and Louise made sure their children had the best childhood despite being a military family.
"What happened?" Beth asked her family.
"He was hit by a drunk driver. Dominic was coming back from his last class with Beatrice. She got bruising and broken arm." Louise answered.
"The driver drove into the driver side door. He's in surgery, Bethy." Jackson finished.
Beatrice Myers came out of the hospital room with her right arm in a brace. Her gray eyes were blood shot and watery from crying about Dominic. She brushes her red bangs away from her face with her free hand. Louise went over to comfort her. A female doctor came out to the waiting room. She was slim and tall. She had no curve to her body. The family saw her stand in front of them. They didn't know Dominic made it through the surgery or passed away on the operation bed. The doctor sat down on the chair.
"I'm Doctor Samantha Lowe," She said. "Dominic will be fine. He lost his spleen and some internal bleeding. He is resting comfortably in recovery. The nurses will wheel him to his assigned hospital room." Doctor Lowe told everyone.
"Anything we can do while we wait." Louise replied.
"Eat dinner. We do have a chapel on the fourth floor of the hospital." Doctor Lowe told Louise.
Louise nods. Jackson looks at the Doctor Lowe, "Can we see him when he wakes up?" He asks the doctor.
"Yes." Doctor Lowe answered.
Hours later, Beth decides to take Beatrice to her place. Once Beth walked inside the door, she checks her text messages. There was five from Sebastian. Beatrice sat down on the couch in the living room. She wanted a comfortable area to lay down for the night. Beth begins to read each of Sebastian's text messages to herself. Beatrice overhears Beth reading them. She sits up and grins at Beth.
I have a dry cleaning order to pick up tomorrow. The bill is under my name. I will give you my credit card for it. -Sebastian
I forgot to mention the address. It's in Soho. -Sebastian
Can you get me some Starbucks coffee as well? - Sebastian
Why are you not answering? -Sebastian
Beth, I hope you are okay. I am a nice person to work for. Just not be mad at me. -Sebastian
Beth responds to the messages on her phone. Beatrice smirks as Beth sends a message on her phone. She looks at Beth with a smile on her young face.
Sorry. I found out my little brother was in a car accident. He's doing okay. Dominic had his spleen taken out. I will pick those things up for you in the morning. -Beth
"What are you doing?" Beatrice asked Beth.
"Sending a message to my boss." Beth answered.
"Who's your boss?" She asked Beth.
"Sebastian Stan." Beth replied.
"Oh my god," Beatrice got excited, "the Sebastian Stan! The guy plays Bucky Barnes in the Marvel movies. Also, he played Carter Baizen in Gossip Girl. The guy is a pure sex symbol." She told Beth.
