Date Night

Beth woke up in the evening. She went into her kitchen made dinner. Then she checks her phone. There were no missed calls and no text messages. It was quiet as she ate her dinner. Beth finishes her dinner. She went over to turn on the television. There was nothing on the television. She grabs her phone. She began to text Tony.

Hey! How are you doing? I enjoyed last night with you. -Beth

A few seconds later, her phone lit up with Tony's goofy face as his ID photo. She smiles as she read his text.

I'm doing fine. Made dinner for mom and me. I enjoyed it too. -Tony

Do you want to do it again tonight? -Beth

Sure! -Tony

Anytime. -Beth

Beth went over to Tony's moms' apartment. She got dressed in the dress Sebastian bought her in Los Angeles. Sebastian came out of his apartment on his phone. He saw Beth. A smile appears from each corner of his face. He was happy to see her in that dress.

"Ah-" He said. "Beth..."

"Sebastian." Beth said startled.

"I'm surprised to see you here." Sebastian told her.

Tony came outside after taking care of his mother. He saw Sebastian and Beth together. "Hey Stan!" He yelled out waving to Sebastian.

Sebastian looks over at Tony then back Beth, "Good luck, kid." He said.

"Thanks." Beth said to Sebastian.

Sebastian walks away from Beth. He went down the street. A friend was having a party and he was invited to go. Beth watched him disappear into the crowd of people.

"Nice dress." Tony told her as he walked to Beth.

"Thanks." She replied.

Beth and Tony left the building. They were headed out to a restaurant. It was a beautiful night in the city. Taxis were at the curb waiting for passengers to climb for a ride through town. Police were busy catching terrible people of the streets. Tony wraps his arm around Beth as they walk down the street. Once in the restaurant, they got settled and ordered their meals. Tony ate his meal as Beth looked at hers.

"Are you okay, Beth?" Tony asked her.

"I'm fine, Tony." She answered.

"You are not eating your dinner?" He asked.

"I'm not hungry." Beth told him.

"Okay." He smiles at her.

Beth got up and left Tony at the table. She made her way back to Sebastian's apartment. She knocks on his door. There was no answer. As she walks out of the building, Sebastian caught her leaving. He grabs Beth then took her inside. Once they were inside his apartment, Sebastian sat down on the couch. Beth follows him to the couch.

"Double date on Friday night." Beth said to him.

"What..." Sebastian did not catch her sentence.

"I need my boss's help in dating." Beth told him.

"Tony?" Sebastian asked.

"Yes." Beth answered.

Sebastian groans in frustration, "I'll help you." He told her.

"Thank you, boss man!" She said as she hugged him.

After she left Sebastian's house, she saw Tony coming up the street. Beth had to explain to him why she ran off like that in the restaurant. Tony kisses her forehead before she could explain. She needed a confidence boost from her boss. When she got home, Sebastian left a message on her phone. She listens to it as she got ready for bed. It was boost for her. Beth fell asleep in her warm bed. She had work in the morning. She began to dream about Sebastian again.
