Forgiveness

Sebastian wraps his arms around Beth. The warmth of her skin made his body warm and fuzzy. He kisses her forehead. He longed for her. Beth kisses him again. She found her missing piece. Sebastian and Beth walk down the street hand and hand. They were could not stop staring at each other. Sebastian was red on his cheeks. Beth could not help her flush on her cheeks too. They were in love with each other for the longest time. Sebastian swings Beth's hand back and forth with his hand. It was a love sick emotion in the pity of Beth's stomach. Sebastian could feel his heart beat race in his chest.

"I was foolish." Sebastian said.

"Sebby, I was foolish too." Beth said back.

"I should not have Karen dictate my relationships." Sebastian replied.

"A year without you was long. I thought about you every day. I was lost." Beth told him.

"I'm sorry." They said together.

Sebastian kisses Beth on her lips. The kiss was passionate and intense between them. Sebastian cups hands on Beth's face as he kissed her. She kisses him back. His tongue dances around her tongue. There was a sudden urgency of need in Sebastian and Beth. They parted from each other. Sebastian held Beth's hand. He takes her to a restaurant. Beth and Sebastian sat down at a booth. A waitress came over to them, she was average looking with long blonde hair. The waitress gave them two menus. She left Sebastian and Beth alone to decide dinner choices.

"How are you?" Sebastian asked Beth as he put his menu down on the table.

"I'm fine. Been working a lot lately." Beth answered Sebastian as she put her menu down.

"What are you doing now?" He asked her.

"I'm a secretary for a lawyer now." She replied. "How are you?" Beth asked Sebastian.

"I got done with a movie about two months ago. Karen has me going all over the world this past year." Sebastian told her.

"She kept you busy." She said.

"I haven't found your replacement. I won't want you to be replaced. I want you back." Sebastian confessed.

"I can't leave Graham. He's like a father to me." Beth told him.

"You can do the both of us." Sebastian suggested.

"I can't, Sebby." Beth told him.

The waitress came back with her iPad for their order. They ordered their drinks and their dinner choices. As the waitress left, Sebastian sighed and looks over at Beth. He should have re-worded his sentence differently. Beth rubbed her temples with her fingers.

"I'm sorry for saying that to you." Sebastian apologized.

"I know." Beth said smiling.

After dinner, Sebastian and Beth went for a walk in Central Park. The sun was beginning to set in the sky. They were hand and hand. Sebastian heard music ahead of them. It was a man playing his guitar for a crowd of people. As Sebastian took Beth into his arms, the man began to sing for the crowd. The music played as Sebastian spins Beth around on the street. Once again, Beth found herself back into the arms of her lover. The man finishes his song and the crowd began to cheer and applause him. He bows down. The crowd of people began to leave. Sebastian and Beth walk uptown to Sebastian's apartment. Sebastian hoped his mom was sleeping and Karen was gone. They went upstairs to his place. However, Sebastian got a little surprise when he saw his mom still up when they got inside the door. Georgeta glanced at her son with a girl.

"Sebastian," She said, "what on Earth are you doing with her?" Georgeta asked her only son.

"Mom, this is Beth Clarke." He introduced Beth to his mother.
