We arrived at Marcus’s house.

“Hey squirrel!” I ruffles her hair.

Marcus’s little sister glare at me.”Stop calling me that!” She protested crossing her arms.

“But you look like a squirrel.”

“No I don’t! I look like a princess.”She twirls in her pink princess dress.

I smile. “Of course you do.”I lift up the six years old girl in my arms. “And you should be treated like one.”

“Are you my prince charming?” She looks up at me her crown falling on her face.

“Sure kid.”I arrange the crown.

“Okay then take me to the dungeon.We need to slay the dragon.” She looks up at me with wide eyes.I chuckle at her serious face.

I hear someone suck in a breath behind me.

“What are you doing holding the little monster?”Marcus says glaring at his sister.

“Vince is my prince charming Marcus go away!”

“I would like to but this is also my house if you don’t remember.”

“No it’s not you’re the mean dragon.”

Marcus roll his eyes. “Okay you delusional little girl,go play with your toys now.”

“No I want to stay with Vince.”

“No you can’t,we are going to do grown up stuff and you are not a grown up.”

“It’s not fair.” She wipes a tear away.

My heart stings at the sight of the little girl crying.There’s one thing I couldn’t stand its girls crying.I felt so uncomfortable like I was shrink to the size of a ant.I didn’t know what to say or how to act.

I give Marcus a pleading look.He understands and comes to take his sister away from me.Lucy was a cute kid a little to demanding but still cute.

“Little monster?”I ask.

“Yeah,she broke my soccer trophy yesterday saying that she was looking for a male doll to kiss her barbie.”Marcus says irritated.
