Sacred Gear: *Glows* Transfer!
Rias then begins to gain the power and moans a little from it. Soon after, her eyes become red and a magic circle forms beneath her
Issei: President!
Asia: W-Wow!
Kiba: I can feel her magical pulse all the way out here
Ryo: As much as I'd dislike to admit it she's a little strong now
Kokabiel: *Laughs a little* That's some good magical power! That's the power of an Ultimate High Class devil, Rias Gremory. I see your now as gifted as your brother
Rias: *Summons magic circles in her hands which forms two power of destruction balls* Begone! *Launches the attack at Kokabiel*
Kokabiel: *Holds out his hands causing the attack to go past him* Excellent, sister of a Satan, sister of Sirzechs!
Rias: HAAA! *Puts more power into her attack*
Kokabiel: *Laughs*
Rias: *Uses up all of her energy and falls down*
Issei: *Running to Rias* President!
Rias: *Sits up and looks up* Akeno!
Akeno: Lightning! *Shoots to her finger and fires it at Kokabiel*
Kokabiel: *Blocks with his wings* You dare try to stop me, wielder of Barakiel's power
Akeno: Do not, associate me with that name! *Shoots more lightning*
Issei: *Confused* Barakiel
Xenovia: He's a leader of the fallen angels
Ryo: He also controls lightning, hence his alias, "Lightning"
