Leo's P.O.V
I walked down the sewers. I had to confront writer, this only made it easier. I couldn't get her out of my head. At one point I was talking to raph. I meant to sail nail biter but I ended up saying need writer. He laughed at me but that was just raph. I heard voices come from a tunnel on the other side of the sewer river. I easily made the jump and peeked around the corner.
"Pinkie, you have to pinkie pie promise me you won't tell anyone." Writer was saying.
"Cross my heart and hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye." She solumly did the actions.
"Good. My books are not to be read by anyone till published. I just hope Leo doesn't read it. If he did that, my world would fall completely upside down." She placed a book into a small compartment in the brick wall.
"I get it." Pinkie pie obviously didn't get it.
"I'm sure you do. Go back to the lair, a certain turtle needs to be spoken to." She turned her head towards me and I chuckled nervously.
"Good luck." Pinkie pie whispered before going back the way we came.
"You got an eavesdropping problem or something?" Writer tilted her head.
"Not usually." I Sat at the entrance of the small space.
"And you call me hopeless?" She fluttered her wings and sat down beside me.
"But you are hopeless." I wasn't making it better was I....
"Just keep diggin' your grave." Writer shook her head. "Leo you idiot..." I thought to myself.
"Your quite interesting. Afraid of slipping up, of making mistakes. It's cute." She widened her eyes and face hoofed.
"Wh-what?" I stuttered.
"You heard me don't pretend you didn't...." She looked at the ground. I sat there for a moment. I was cute? That was new considering I was a mutant.
Flashback
"Adorable!" Karai got Leo's guard down
"Realy? You think I'm adorable..?"
Flashback over
"Leo? Did I break a fuse?" Writer snapped me out of my thoughts.
"Yes. Wait... No.... urg..." I felt like hitting myself. I felt writer peck me on the cheek then fly off. Did that just happen.....?
