I didn't have to wait long before they came. Three humans entered through the door at the back of my cage. "You know the drill, boys.", said a man dressed in yellow shorts and a long sleeve shirt under a barrier vest, orange knee high socks and shoes. I called him Jerry. I called the other two B1 and B2 as I couldn't tell them apart. The B twins even wore the same white top and cargo shorts.

I growled. The shields the B twins held weren't very large, but that was to fool the demon. Experience told me that the barrier attached to the shields spanned 2 feet wide and touched the ceiling.

The three were positioned against the back wall. B1 stood to the right of Jerry while B2 stood to the left. B1 and B2 slowly walked forward closing the distance between them and the cage bars. I was getting agitated. Just beyond the B twins, Jerry waited with a catch pole in his hand.

I eyed the catch pole warily. once the B twins were 2ft away B2 began to curve his path while b1 slowed to a stop. I was trapped in a corner with barely enough room to turn around.

I was well past agitated. I lunged at B2 claws and teeth bared. I hit the barrier shield with enough force to knock B2 off his feet. before I could do anything else I felt a wire tighten around my neck.

I hissed. I was caught by the catch pole. Jerry pulled me off B2's barrier. "You alright?', Jerry asked B2. "Yea, I'm alright", B2 replied while getting up. I fought against the catch pole while Jerry pushed me to the cage door and into a carrier.

Inside the carrier the only light came from little round meshed air holes. The carrier moved making the light dim and brighten. I wasn't cramped and I could move around. All I could smell was dust and that stale musty sent of trapped air.

The carrier slopped downward, leveled out, turned left and right a few times before spiraling upward. Daylight and fresh air came through the air holes. a minute later the carrier opened. I ran out into a dirt field surrounded by high walls. this was the sealing grounds.

"Go on. You'll know when you've bonded with the demon.", said an older man as he ushered the strange boy from earlier into the enclosure. I've been rung by the neck, stuffed in a cage, and now forced to form a bond!

I sat twitching my tail as I watched the boy enter. This would be my highlight of the day. Making him soil himself would be quite delightful, though fowl to my nose. people have tried over and over to get me to form a bond, usually ended with them injured and afraid.

He stood there looking lost and unsure of what to do. So I gave him a little push. I lunged, he dodged. He was fast and nimble on his feet, though I would make quick work of him. I swiped my claws at his leg just grazing his skin and catching his pant-leg. I still couldn't smell fear wafting off of him. I'd have to try harder. I yanked my paw back pulling his foot out from under him.

Hehehe soon it would be all over. soon.
