Ryuko: *tiredly walking into the kitchen at 3 A.M., hungry* God, where's the chef when you need 'em?

Kazuki: *sleeping on the couch, slobbering on one of the pillows Jiro left him*

Ryuko: Welp, there's one at least. *walks over to him, shaking the sleeping boy* Hey, Kazuki. Get up will ya?

Kazuki: *groans, twitching softly at her soft hands* Stop, Matoi. It's too late...for...all of this...

Ryuko: *furrows her eyebrows, ruffling his spiky white hair* Can you please get up, Kazuki? I'm hungry and no one else is as good as you are.

Kazuki: *sighs* What do you need, Matoi?

Ryuko: Something, ANYTHING that's edible.

Kazuki: And you're positive I'm the only one who could've done this for you?

Ryuko: Well, you're the only one down here so...

Kazuki: *yawns as he sits up, now looking up at Ryuko* You're lucky I like you.

Ryuko: Isn't that a little too suspicious for someone with a harem?

Kazuki: *smirks* Shut up. *walks into the kitchen, tired but willing to help his friend* What do you want anyway, Matoi?

Ryuko: Like I said, anything that's good is fine by me.

Kazuki: *playfully sighs* Cinnamon waffles and strawberries it is then.

Ryuko: *sits on the counter, smirking at the teen* See, I knew I could count on the right person.

Kazuki: *opening the fridge* Of course you can count on me. I'm your friend, aren't I?

Ryuko: *blushes softly, turning away* I-I never thought of it that way.

Kazuki: Really now? *chuckles, putting waffle mix inside one of the waffle machines there* After maybe, I dunno know, saving your life a couple times, I thought we'd have a stable friendship.

Ryuko: Hey, I saved your life too, y'know.

Kazuki: *sighs* Yeah, I know. *smiles as he walks back to the couch, sitting in a relaxed position* It's gonna be a while before those are ready, beautiful. Might as well and relax for a while.

Ryuko: *smirks* I didn't need you to tell me that, dumbass. *plops down next to him upside down* What're you even watchin'?

Kazuki: Tv.

Ryuko: *furrows her eyebrows* I couldn't tell, smartass.

Kazuki: If you weren't sitting upside down, maybe you'd see better. Or do you need to get those pretty eyes yours checked?

Ryuko: *blushing at the compliment* Sh-Shut up, four eyes. You wear glasses you hypocrite.

Kazuki: *softly laughs* Well, yeah I do. S'not like you could wear them anyway.

Ryuko: Is that a challenge, Spider?

Kazuki: *smiles* If you wanna make it one, then go ahead. Try 'em on. But don't blame me if your eyesight gets worst than it already is.

Ryuko: *scoffs playfully* Where are they, nerd?

Kazuki: *smiles, getting them out of his case* Right here, dimwit.

Ryuko: *smirks softly, trying on the glasses to surprising success* They fit perfectly. But my eyesight nearly doubled...

Kazuki: Told ya—

Ryuko: Everything's much clearer now!

Kazuki: Keep it down, Matoi. *walks over to the waffle maker, opening it directly one 15 secs before it beeps, taking out his cinnamon rolls and putting the food on a plate for Ryuko* Bon a petit, Matoi.

Ryuko: Why thank you, nerdy Spider. *smiles as she digs into her meal, talking while eating* Dude, this is fuckin' amazing...!

Kazuki: Well, of course it is, loud mouth. It's made with love and care. Kinda like a friend. *winks as he heads back to watch Tv*

Ryuko: *blushes softly, smirking at the thought soon after* Friends. Yeah, Spider. I guess we are good friends.
