The dark sky flashed as thunder crackled through the clouds. The murky rocks of the cave dripped with water. Nathan was dragged onto the shore, drenched in water with blood drooling from a cut on his forehead. He was pulled by his shirt, slowly getting pulled along as his butt scraped across the rocky surface.
The rain began to trickle down, the sky growing darker. Nathan shook his head slightly and jerked awake. Opening his eyes, he saw Raven hunched over a fire a few metres away. He scurried backwards pressing himself up against the cave wall.
A sharp pain shot through his skull, he pressed his hand against his forehead as he winced.
"Welcome onboard master Bennet." Raven stated in a joyful mood as she held, she hands over the fire, not even giving Nathan a single glance.
Nathan was unable to speak, he looked down at his hands, the rope was still tied around his wrists, yet they were cut apart. "We... we fell!" Nathan exclaimed, suddenly remembering the events which took place, terrified about what Raven might have done to him.
Raven nodded. "We did..." She turned to face Nathan and a smile creeped along her face. "And BOY was it fun!" She cheered.
"What! No!" Nathan screamed as he jumped up. Standing his ground, looking down at Raven as he towered above her.
"Geez Louis!" Raven replied, "Calm down man!"
Nathan suddenly realised, he had taken that serum, that goo was in his veins, and Olivia had control over it, yet he wasn't dead? How? He looked down at himself, pressing lightly on his stomach for any wounds. There were none.
"You need to explain to me what's going on..." He muttered bitterly, anger leaking in his voice.
"When we fell..." Raven sniggered as she turned back to the fire, trying to lighten the mood, "I landed face first onto a rock. I bounced like a balloon!" She laughed brightly as she looked back up to Nathan. "But you fell unconscious... so I dragged you here." She added as she gestured to the opening of the cave.
Nathan looked to his left, seeing the wall of water falling down from the sky as it trickled down from above. He collapsed onto the ground, his eyes growing teary as stared at the flowing water. He contemplated what was going on; Oscar was dead, Olivia had tricked him, Zoe was in danger, everyone at Denoë was being controlled by a mafia dictator.
