Day two,
Again I had no clue.
I was late,
Saw you standing at my class gate,
Got to know you were my classmate,
I guess we met by fate.
Thought we would never meet again but apparently,
Something else was decided by destiny.
So we met again,
And you called my name.
I made a quick turn,
But the turn wasn't smooth,
And resulted in me falling,
Fear crawling.
Just when I thought,
That I won't be caught,
Two arms wrapped around me,
With my eyes closed,
Fear evident on my face,
The brows scrunched up,
And my body numb,
I thought if I had fallen down,
Why haven't I touched the ground,
Sudden realisation hit me,
And my eyes shot open,
And with this our feelings got woven,
And just like that something happened again,
But this something actually meant something.
The Romeo Juliet moment made me intoxicated,
And our souls got knotted.
From this moment on,
All the time,
You were on my mind,
And I knew I was on yours,
And for this there was no cure.
