On the bus, I sat with Kendall. She doesn't care that I don't have the money to dance. She likes me for me. It's the opposite with Paige and Chloe. They are rude to Mackenzie and I because we don't have money anymore.
"Hey K." I said as I sat down next to her.
"Hi Madds!" She said happily.
I looked down and sighed.
"What's wrong?" She asked.
I shook my head.
The rest of the bus ride was silent. I looked at Kenzie laughing and talking with her friends. Even though she doesn't dance anymore, her friends still love her. Sarah, Brooke, and Chloe. (Not Lukasiak.)
We walked off the bus and into school. Immediately, I saw him.
