That next day Naomi woke up early that morning to go running at the park . She had to get her mind clear and ready for track season because it was coming up soon . She woke up and did her hygiene . She put on navy blue nike pro shorts with the matching sports bra & shirt , and her running shoes . Then she put her hair in a ponytail and put her headband on . She walked out the house , put her beats on , with her phone on the arm band , and walked to the greenway at the park . Once she got to there she started running and listening to her " workout playlist " . After about a hour she took a break and drunk some water . She checked her phone , to see her dad called :
( phone rings )
N : hello
D : Hi honey
N : hi dad
D : what are you doing ?
N : at the greenway
D : ohh , getting ready for TRACK SEASON !
M : WOOOO !
N : [ laughs ] hey mom
M : hey sweetheart ! We'll be home later
N : okay mom . Bye love you two , gotta go !! { hangs up }
Naomi POV : I looked at my phone to see it was 7 , I woke up at 5:30 . I sat there for a minute thinking about what I was going to do today then my phone vibrated and it was the GC with me , Amarie , and Brandon in it . They wanted to go to the mall & get our nails done . I texted back and asked what time cause I had a hair appointment at 1:30 . So we all agreed we'd go to the nail place at 3 and then just go from there . So , I continued running a little more . I was running and my phone was vibrating . I looked at my arm while still running and fell . My headphones slid off my head . Luckily , I didn't get scraped up . I got up and got my headphones but someone was picking them up too . I looked at who the person was and I instantly got nervous . He was gorgeous . Nice chocolate skin , pretty teeth , tall , a beautiful body , and blue eyes . We made eye contact until he broke the silence when he handed me my headphones .
RG : Random Guy
RG : here you go ( hands headphones )
N : thanks
RG : you're welcome beautiful
N : ( smiles and puts her headphones back on ) have a blessed day .
RG : you too .
Once she left the greenway , she just walked back home so she could get all her breathe in . She checked her phone and saw she had 6 missed calls from Justin and 8 texts . He just kept asking what & how she was doing . She decided to text him and tell him she was at the greenway running and just got home . It was 9:30 , so Naomi planned to take a shower and lay down until it was time for her hair appointment . When she got in the house she went in the kitchen and got a Gatorade & a granola bar . She walked in the den and saw Hassani was in there watching a movie with Tyler . She spoke and went upstairs . Na , closed her room door & went into her bathroom that was connected to her room . Grabbed her towel , Rag , Body Wash , took her clothes off and got in the shower . After she took her shower , she brushed her teeth again , put deodorant on , and the rest of her hygiene . She put on a full black one piece bodysuit , a blue jean jacket and her black and white checkered board slip on fans . After she got dressed , she grabbed her black Michael Kors wristlet . She checked it to make sure her cards were all in there , she then grabbed her keys and walked downstairs . Naomi got in her car and pulled off . On her way to the hair salon she decided to call Janelle to see what she was doing . Janelle is always with Miles cause that's her boyfriend duhh . So , anyway Naomi asked her did she want to come to the mall and stuff with her , Amarie and Brandon . Janelle didn't know them but said yeah anyway . Naomi told her she'd pick her up at 2:45 and then go meet Brandon & Amarie at the nail shop . She checked to make sure it was okay with them . The two didn't mind .
