I was on my way home when I saw Max's brother in a car running after the cops. I wanted to check Max before I left but I had to hurry before it was too late. I rode as fast as I could to Max's house and nobody was home. Not a car in sight. "Well there's twenty minutes wasted." I mumble to myself. I went on home.
After school
Max's POV.
I got detention because I was riding my skateboard in the halls so I have the rest of science class and then detention for two hours. I talked to all the boys today and Lucas wanted to know where I was yesterday for some reason. Science is almost over and I haven't wrote a single thing down.
In detention
I've been in here for half an hour and I'm already bored. I walked up to the teacher. "I'm about to puke can I go to the bathroom." He nodded and I went.
