Today is Monday, which means school. The worst thing possible. I may be a straight A student, but I don't like school. Just like everyone else. And the thing I don't like even more is being a new girl.
"Yummy.", I take on more bite of these amazing waffles.
Mr. Hargrove definitely makes the best waffles and pancakes. They are so delicious, I could literally eat a thousand of them.
"You know what else is yummy?", Billy smirks getting closer to me.
"Something tells me I don't want to know."
"The way that uniform looks on you.", he says it anyways. Such a perv.
"Shut up, Billy.", Carla hits the back of his head. That's what you get.
"Ouch.", he groans.
"You deserved it."
"Are you nervous about your first day?", Lily walks in, putting a watch on her left wrist.
"Not really.", I shake my head.
"That's good.", she says."Carla, you introduce her to your friends. Help her fit in."
"Of course. She's gonna fit in perfectly.", I smile at her.
I have Carla by my side and I'm sure everything is going to be great. If her friends are like her than I definitely have nothing to worry about.
"You too.", she points at Billy.
He looks up from his waffles."What?"
"You introduce her to your friends too. And be nice.", him, being nice?
I'm not sure if I want to meet his friends, if they're anything like him, than definitely not."I'm always nice.", sure thing.
"I'm serious, Billy. If I hear any complaints-", he interrupts her.
"You won't."
"Good.", Lily grabs a waffle from a plate, taking a big bite."We have to get going. I'll drive you.", Mrs. Hargrove grabs keys of her car."Bye, sweetheart.", she kisses her husband.
Carla and Billy both make a disgusted face but I find it really cute. Anyone can see that they love each other and that they're happy together. Their love is one of the kind.
