flying to the floor I landed on top of Mr.Ray with a yelp I lifted my head off his chest and his face was only a few inches from mine I could feel his breath on my face I looked in to his eyes and I could feel myself leaning in
"Hey Adam I forgot to mention.."
William was cut off short by the position me and Mr.ray where in. I struggled to get up "oh let me help you Van" William lent me a hand in which I graciously accepted "thank you will" by the time I noticed Mr.Ray was already on his feet "please Ms.Heavens leave me and Mr.carter alone" "of course Mr.Ray and thank you again will" I said as I stepped out and headed to my desk. gosh how could I be so stupid and trip I'm definitely getting fired today I said to my self slapped my forehead in the process. I was at my desk doing my work hoping nothing would happen and nothing ever happened. by the time I left the office Mr.Ray was still in his office. I was just grateful we didn't have to talk about it, it would of been so embarrassing.

I was just great full that it was the weekend and I could stay home cry and drink myself to sleep but of course my best friend had other plans for me. I was just about to start friends and pop my bottle of wine when there was a knock on my door I froze in spot wondering who could be at my door at 4 in the afternoon it couldn't be him he wouldn't dare would he? I thought to myself but there was another hard knock "V it's me Amy now open up I know you're in there " and with that I let out a breath of air out and quickly getting up to open the door "Hey A-" I was cut shot when I was tackled with a hug and the air getting squeezed out of me "hey ames I can't breathe" I said breathlessly "oh sorry I've just missed you so much " "me too Amy me too" Amy pulled away from the hug and looked at my face and concern took over "what's wrong V" "come in and we can talk" I said as I opened the door more so she could come in we both headed to the couch. I got up to get another glass to pour some wine in , I passed it to her and I told her my sad truth on how I wasn't engaged anymore and by they time I was done I was left with a few tears and more then half the bottle gone which I did by myself because Amy didn't drink any of it I felt way better then I did before but Amy never said anything she was kinda in shock "so how's tommy doing ?" I asked changing the subject she seemed to have snapped out of it "oh he's doing amazing and he's about to be two In a couple months he's with his aunt Jenny and his cousin Kenny he's staying with them for the weekend, you know V you could of called me and we could of talked I would of came over " "I know Amy that's why I didn't call I wanted to be alone and think about it you know I'm okay I promise... well kind of" I said with a weak smile but suddenly she smiled so bright something in her
Eyes "oh no" I shook my head "oh yes! We are totally going clubbing tonight now go get ready!"She got up quickly and dragged me to my bathroom "take shower you smell and I'll find you some clothes"
