"Yeon-in breakfast" Halmoni yells storming in.
"Oh my gosh I'm so sorry Halmoni" I say feeling so embarrassed.
"Oh Gwihan, no sorry...you put smile on Yeon-in face." She looks at my half naked body.
"Now I see how....Me and your Halabeoji would be in room for days"..she laughs.
"You come eat, yes?" she says and leaves..
We both look at each other and laugh.
After having breakfast we decide to go fishing with Halmoni before leaving.
"Have you ever gone fishing before Ivy?" Jimin asked
"My dad left when I was 3 and my mom pretty much blamed me for it so we didn't really have a good relationship"
"Kkul, help her with pole" Halmoni tells Jimin
Jimin helps me get my fishing pole ready. He puts the bait on the hook and casts it out into the water.
"There, now just hold it and wait for a bite."
"Here you go Halmoni" Taehyung says setting down a chair for her.
He picks up his pole and casts it out. Standing next to me, he nudges me and smiles.
"I'll get one first I bet" Jimin says
"I doubt it" Taehyung spits back
"Enough you two" Halmoni yells
Suddenly my rod starts to jerk and I'm startled. I pull it back but it fights with me.
"I think she has one" Jimin says setting his pole down.
"Yep she sure does" Taehyung says watching.
I start to reel it in but its too heavy for me.
"Help me, don't just sit there like a lump on a log"
Taehyung gets behind me and grabs the rod with me and reels it in. Jimin grabs the net and waits for fish to appear.
"My god it feels huge" I yell
"That's what you said last night" Taehyung whispers in my ear.
"Stop will you" I laugh.
Suddenly the fish appears and Jimin gets it in the net. It's a good 10 inches!
"That's my girl" Taehyung smiles and grabs me kissing me!
Jimin and Halmoni look at each other and smile.
I go and sit criss cross next to Halmoni.
"Do you and Taeyhung's grandfather come fishing alot Halmoni?"
"Oh yes, we come every morning"
"Aww, I bet you miss him huh?"
She looks at me with tear filled eyes.
"More than you know, yes? but he be home soon."
I grab her hand and smile. "I bet he misses you too Halmoni"
She nods then turns to her rod.
"Did you used to bring Taehyung's father here too?"
"Ahh he love it, then he change, he left when he was 17. He said he tired of being poor. We didn't see him until Yeon-in came."
"You mean you weren't invited to his wedding?"
"Nothing, now he send check. For what? I don't want check..I want my son!"
"Right, Oh I'm so sorry Halmoni"
