*Calum's POV*

"I can kind of understand and why people say they like long walks on the beach on dating sites now." I chuckled to myself, swinging Ellie's hand back and forth playfully. We had been walking for about 15 minutes since our little make out session, getting to know each other more and more.

"Facts." Ellie laughed. She had a gorgeous laugh, it was so warm and full of life. I liked making her laugh.
I smiled to myself and guided her round to face me, pulling her into a hug.
She snuggled into me, resting her hands around my neck loosely, standing on her toes to reach me.

"Oh come here shorty." I laughed and grabbed her thighs lifting her onto my waist.
She scoffed.
"I am not short! As a matter of fact I am above average thank you very much. You on the other hand, are just freakishly tall." She giggled.

"Of course I am... shorty." I rolled my eyes laughing. She slapped me playfully on the shoulder and rested her head on my neck. I did the same placing my chin on her shoulder. Her breathing was light and almost soundless, and I could feel her heart beating slow against my chest. Having her so close to me just felt so right, like it was always meant to be. My chest swelled with the thought of Ellie, a small smile creeping onto my lips. A long intake of breath from behind me broke me free of my thoughts, grounding me back on earth again.

"Did you just sniff me?" I asked attempting, so hard, to keep a straight face.

"No..?"
I burst into laughter, she sounded so guiltily cute that I couldn't contain myself.

"Oh stop being so cocky. Fine! You smell nice, it's not that funny." Ellie exclaimed, embarrassed.
I pressed my lips together, hard trying desperately to control my laughter my lips quaking with the effort.

"Oh my gosh, your never gonna let that go are you." She rolled her eyes a smile now on her lips.
I shook my head in response, not daring to open my mouth feeling my life may be in danger if I laughed at her again.

"Arggg.." she dropped her head onto my chest and slid down slid out of my grip.

"C'mon, do you wanna head back?" I asked still smiling.

"Yeah, I guess." Ellie nodded, intertwining our fingers and pulling me down towards the waters edge to walk.

We walked in silence for a while till I struck up a tune, humming quietly to myself. We had almost reached the car.

"You have to sing for me again soon." Ellie looked up at me with her piercing blue eyes.

"Hmmm..maybe." I responded skeptically. I could sing in front of strangers, Sure, their opinion didn't matter to me, but singing in front of Ellie was different. She had such a strong effect on me, and I didn't want that to change. The last time a sung for her was a stretch, I just got so nervous around her. I could feel my stomach churning at the thought.

"Oh come on! You have such a talent, don't waste it." She laughed.

"Ok, I'll sing to you again but not for a while ok." I responded.

"Is there any use bargaining with you?" She looked up at me slightly disheartened.

"Nup." I chuckled.

"Fine." She said biting her lip.
Damn she was cute. I jumped in the car Ellie fumbling around in the back a bit, then jumping in after me. She had my hoodie on, and had just popped her head into the hood when u looked over at her.

"Where'd you get that?" I laughed at how unbothered she was at wearing my clothes.

"Found it in the back." She laughed and slid her face into the jumper, her mouth and nose disappearing from view leaving only her eyes for me to see. It was so big on her. Her hands flopped around having about 15cm of extra jumper on them and it came down to her mid thigh so it didn't look like she was wearing pants.

"I figured that I'd cut you a deal." She stated slightly muffled through the jumper.

"Mm yeah? What's that?" I smiled raising my eyebrows. She looked so cute, I wanted to scoop her up onto my lap and hug her forever.

"I'll give you back your hoodie, when you sing to me." Ellie smiled up at me mischievously having surfaced from the depths of my hoodie.

"Alrighty." I laughed. If she was gonna wear my jumper all day, everyday until I sung to her, I wasn't sure if I could bring myself to do it. She just looked to damn cute in it. She held out her hand smiling.

"Deal?" She asked.
Laughing at her hand which didn't reach the hand hole by a mile, I took it and shook it.

"Deal."

***

We drove the radio playing with casual conversation, until we arrived at Ellie's. I was surprised how easily we could talk without having much point to our conversation. It was so simple, and I liked it so much. I liked Ellie so much.
Ellie unlocked the door, stepping out.

"Thanks for a good day man. I had a lot of fun." She smiled down at me, still wearing my hoodie.

"No worries, I had a really good time to." A broad smile spread across my face as I looked up at her.
She crawled back inside the car giving me one last long kiss, before pulling back and closing the door behind her she smiled and waved, walking up to her front door. I watched her go, a fuzzy feeling overtaking my whole body. Man, she could do things to me that no one else could.
