Venom was in my tone, and I knew she flinched with my sudden statement. I wasn't a princess, I wasn't Evangelina. I was Lena, a warrior that stands by her beliefs and most importantly, the one she loves. Even if.. That person's dead. My heart hurt so much more than it did minutes before, and my head started clouding up. I was crying and I just let go of my thoughts and picked Ally up. I took off running, like usual, though, people were following me to see what I was doing.

"Stop following me!" I screamed as I turned to face the crowds of people with cameras and such. "I'm not a princess, so go follow the queen!" I watched as the people started retreating, leaving me standing in the middle of the road with Ally in my arms. I didn't want her to die.. I promised her safety! I need her with me! I broke down right on the road, collapsing right on top of Ally. "I need you.." Then, I blacked out. My dreams only made me heartache worse, as it was really just memories of us laughing and all the moments I promised to protect her. It meant that I had lied right to her face, without even knowing it. I had jumped up, and I recognized the room. It was the room they had first taken Ally in. I started crying once again, the tears just never ended.

"Hey, Evangelina?" I recognized that voice, and I turned to face them. It was Katelyn, with a small smile on her face. She probably didn't know that I refused to be called Evangelina now, but I'd let her know in a friendly way. She was my friend, and she did live in the middle of a haunted forest. I couldn't blame her for not knowing.

"It's Lena." I told her, and she nodded. Katelyn has been my friend for a while, so she did call me what I ask her to.

"Okay, Lena, are you okay?" She asked, concern in her tone.

"No, not really." I started. "I lost the love of my life."
