The second day in the Avengers tower was pure chaos. After the large accident in Lagos the avengers had come to the tower and Tony was back from his presentation. All over the news was the casualty and Angelica could almost feel the regret radiating off of Wanda as they were all greeted to her. Everyone was rather surprised to find out Tony was now caring for the girl and letting her live with them. They were even more surprised as they met her, staring into her deep brown doe eyes which were a literal reflection of Tony's. The small girl was shorter than all of them and in no way did her caring personality reflect Tony's. The sweet white clips in her blonde hair screamed innocent, not to mention the pleated skirt. They each greeted her with a warm welcome full of smiles and hugs, which was all she could ask for.

As of now Angelica was alone in her room, scrolling through YouTube and biting at her nails. The Avengers were each in the meeting room, leaving Angelica to ponder alone.

Viral video after viral video was being suggested until one finally caught her eye. The Spider-Man. She clicked on the video, watching as the guy in the tacky home made costume swing from building to building. He did flips and tricks as the people below him cheered him on, causing Angelica to giggle. When he spoke, her heart seemed to melt at his sweet voice. She was jealous of how easily he could fight and perform tricks. Angelica wanted to be like that; she wanted to make Tony proud.

Later on, after the meeting was over, Angelica slipped out of her room and made her way to the kitchen. Her pleated skirt swayed against her thighs and her baby blue shirt brought out her deep brown eyes. From the kitchen she could see the Avengers in the sitting room, in a deep conversation about their previous meeting. Tony was sat in a brown leather chair, his hands over his eyes as he sighed.

"So let's say we agreed to this thing, how long is it gonna be before they lojack us like a bunch of common criminals?"

"117 countries wanna sign this! 117 Sam, and you're like-"

"How long are you gonna play both sides?"

Vision cleared his throat from besides Wanda as Angelica unwrapped a chocolate bar. "I have an equation. In the eight years since Mr Stark announced himself as iron man a number of enhanced persons has grown and during the same period, the number of potentially world ending events has risen at a commensurate rate." He finished, causing Steve to look up at him.

"Are you saying it's our fault?"

"I'm saying there may be a causality. Our very strength invites challenge. Challenge incites conflict. And conflict... breeds catastrophe." Vision concluded with a glassy gase to the floor.

Angelica bit her lip, hating the effect that this was having on the group. Throwing the chocolate wrapper in the bin, she went and sat on the floor by Tony, who rubbed her shoulder comfortingly.

"Oversight."  the red man continued, "oversight is not an idea that can be dismissed out of hand."

"Boom." Usually, Angelica would have giggled, but given the situation she couldn't find it in herself.
