Lapis POV
Im now a Junior in highschool. A year after sophomore; and a year after Peridot was captured by her father. She's been taken away from me now twice, but this time I cant see her walk the school halls. I've been taking care of her mansion and her Wolf Blaze.
I left Peridots mansion to go get some groceries and school supplies. There was three days before school starts. After the assembly was finished the day before I went out with Blaze to see if I could find Peridot. No luck has come tho.
I made it to the grocery store and took a cart. I walked through the alleys to get what I needed. I reached out my hand to grab some soup cans. As I went to grab them a hand went for the same ones. The cans fell to the ground. I went to pick them up, and so did the other person.
"Im so sorry ma'am, here let me--" I looked up and met eyes with this person. They had green eyes, but not the ones I used to see bright.
"You!?" I screamed. It was Peridots father. I launched at him. He tried grabbing me by the hair but was hit with falling canned food. I covered my head; I went up to him and grabbed him by the neck.
"Where is she, why did you take her!!" I yelled.
"She's home...."
Peridots POV
I've been trying to escape for months now. But im stuck in my dad's basement in my old house where we lived. He always went out to go get us food so I would take the opportunity to break free. But the door is made of metal and the only window down here is bulletproof.
He took all my electronics so I wouldn't be able to contact anyone. It was almost school time which ment Lapis won't have time to find me.
"Ugh!!" I yelled in frustration. (Who i am right now frustrated over a baby cat messing with my phone and now hair)
"BARK BARK!!"
I herd coming from out side the house. But it wasnt a dog, it was a wolf with a screaming Lapis out side. Screaming that a person was making her do...
