Merlin pov~ Me and my homeboy Derek(aka the real estate agent) were checking out some houses in a very nice area.

"Merlin, Imma be honest with you these houses are very expensive man, and if you ain't got right amount of money I can't help you" He said.
"I'm a engineer Derek, I got the money" I answered.
We stopped in front of the house, and I was in love with it.

"Man this is one nice ass house" I admired.
"How much it's gonna cost?" I asked stepping out of the car.
"$240,000" He answered.
"Okay, let's me see how it looks inside" I said.
We both walked inside.
Aaliyah pov~ I called Moesha to see if she ever called Merlin.
"Hello" Moesha said.
"What did Merlin say about my things?" I asked
"He never answered his phone, I called him, Hakeem called him, and Paul called him, Nobody picked up" Moesha said.
I'm started to get nervous now, please don't let him be dead. I put my shoes on and drove to Merlin house. I seen the bullet holes in the windows and shells on the ground. When I walked inside the house, it was pretty messed up.
"He must've left" I said.
I walked to the bedroom and tried looking for some of my things. I looked for my diary, with some of my old songs I use to write. I looked in the drawers, on the desktop, and on the bookshelf. I finally looked under the bed and seen every page ripped outta the book and ripped into little pieces. I started crying, all the memories I had in this book (if you read the first book you'll know it meant something). I grabbed my bag and walked out the house. I looked across the street and seen a old lady being nosy.

"WHAT THE FUCK YOU LOOKING AT!!!" I cried.
I got in my car and drove back home.
Merlin pov~ I opened the door to me and Michelle's hotel room.
"Hey baby" She greeted.
"Wassup sexy" I replied.
I got in the bed next to her, and laid my head on her chest and watched The Wood.
"That nigga in that grey sweatshirt sound like my cousin Antwon" I said.
I looked at Michelle and she was just staring at me.
"What?"
"Merlin, why are you doing everything for me?" She questioned
"Because I'm your man, and my job is to take care of you"
"But we haven't known each other long enough" she said.
"That don't mean anything baby" I replied sitting up.
She looked down and looked back at me.
"Well tell me this, since you're so good of a man, why did Aaliyah leave you?" she asked
"You know, I use to ask myself that question all the time, until I met you"
She smiled.
"But honestly, I don't know why she left, and now I don't even care why" I said.
She grabbed me by my ears and pulled me to her.
"Well I guess people don't truly know what they have" she said before kissing me.
Moesha pov~ "HAKEEM!!!" I yelled.
"Huh" he ran in the room.
"My water broke" I said.
"Oh my god" he panic.
He got me out the bed and helped me get to the car, we already had our bags in suitcases, so we was prepared for this day.
"COME ON HAKEEM!!!" I yelled again.
"Alright baby I'm coming" he jumped in the drivers seat.
45 minutes later
Merlin pov~ I was in the waiting room with the family, crew, and Aaliyah.

Her lil brother Myles was playing a hand held game and her older lil brother was tryna mack to some nurse. Moesha step mom, Hakeem, and cousin was in the room with her while we waited. Michelle was at the hotel room, because she didn't feel like she knew Moesha well enough to be here.
"How you guys been?" Mr. Mitchell asked
"Good" we answered.
"I can't believe my little pumpkin is having a little pumpkin" He smiled.
"Better hope Hakeem don't eat that pumpkin" I joked.
Everybody laughed.
Reagan walked in.
"I'm sorry y'all, I had car troubles, I hope I didn't miss anything" she smiled.
"You didn't miss anything sis"
"So Aaliyah, when do you plan on having kids?"
"You damn right I aint miss nothing" Reagan laughed.
Earl walks in.
"Bitch I hope you ain't tryna be funny" Aaliyah said to Reagan.
"Well bitch I did, and it was funny" Reagan smiled.
Aaliyah walked up in Reagan face, until I got in between them.
"Move muthafucka" Earl shoved me.
I pushed him on the ground and stood over him.
"HEY, y'all stop it right now" Mr. Mitchell demanded.
