Michelle pov~
The nurse walked over to us and said it was okay to go see him. Everybody ran down the hallway and ran through the door.
"Goddamn" Merlin said laying down
His mom ran over pitched his face and made sure he was ok.
"My baby, how did this happen?" his mom asked.
"I went to Aaliyah house to get her to sign the divorce papers an-...." Merlin was cut off.
"That's all I had to hear. You know, I don't know what the hell happen to that girl" His mom said.
"So son, how did it feel to be shot" my dad smirked.
"I feel like 2pac" he laughed.
Merlin pov~
I looked over at Michelle and she was mugging me with her arms folded.
"Aye I know everybody just got in here, but can me and my girlfriend talk for a minute" I said.
Everybody walks out.
"What's wrong baby?" I asked
"You're playing around like you just ain't get shot" She said with her arms still folded.
"I'm fine baby, I'm still breathing" I stroke her cheek.
"Tell me what happen" she sat on the edge of the bed.
"Well I was going to Aaliyah house to give the divorce papers signed, when her boyfriend Earl came home with guess who" I said.
"Who?" she asked
"Marcus" I answered
"WHAT!!"
"That's the same shit I said, it turned out that they brothers"
"You a damn lie"
"If I'm lying, I'm flying goddamn" we both laughed
"I'm glad you still here with me baby" she leaned down and kissed me.
"Me too" I smiled.
"Before it get sad, let me get your family" she said.
She opened the door and all of them was eavesdropping by the door.
"Wassup my nigga" Brandon dapped me.
Everybody came in giving me love and everything like they never seen me.
"Your mother in the hall on the phone" my dad said.
"Alright"
Aaliyah pov~
I walked in the hospital with candy and flowers, hoping that Merlin would forgive me for what happen. I got on the elevator and pressed the 3rd floor. I got off and went to the front desk.
"Excuse me, can you tell me which room is Merlin Santana in?" I asked
"Room 254" she replied.
"Thank You" I walked off.
I walked down the hall and seen Ms. Jackie on the phone.
"Girl let me call you back" Ms. Jackie said looking at me.
"Hey Ms. Jackie" I greeted.
"What the hell you doing here?" she questioned.
"I just wanted to give Merlin something" I said.
"No, you can take yo ass back down that hall, because you damn near got my babe killed" Ms. Jackie spat.
"Ms. Jackie" my voice cracked.
"Don't Ms. Jackie me, Unlike his father, Merlin is my only child and you know that. I don't know what the hell happen to that sweet and shy Aaliyah, but you need to go find her"
"Well can you at least give this to him" I said with tears falling from my eyes.
She nodded and I walked to the elevator crying.
Merlin pov~
My moms walked back in the room with flowers and candy in her hands.
"Mama, where you get that from?"
"Aaliyah dropped by and wanted to give it to you" Mom said.
"Theirs a card in it" Moesha grabbed it.
It say, Merlin I am so so sorry, I know you probably won't talk to me after this, but I hope you can find it in your heart to forgive me.

"Don't eat that candy, it's probably poisonous" Hakeem joked
Everybody laughed except Moesha.
"Chill y'all, that's my best friend" Moesha defended.
"I respect it" Brandon said.
"So brother, I got some news to tell you and everybody in here" Reagan said
"What" Pops said with a deep voice.
"I'm getting married" she flashed her ring.
Brandon started laughed.
"That ain't know diamond, that's aluminium foil" Brandon laughed.
Everybody laughed
"That's not funny" she pouted.
"Congratulations sis" I said.
"Thank you brother" she hugged me.
"Alright y'all, let's give Mr. Santana some rest" My pop said.
Everybody started walked out the door, except Michelle.
"Don't worry baby, I'm not going nowhere" she got in the bed with me and started tongue kissing me.
"I love you" she stared into my eyes and said.
"I love you too" I said starring back.
We both smiled and started kissing again.
