(A/N) Hello, everyone. I'm Cra_Cra_Potter, you've most likely not heard of me. This is my first Hiccstrid book. I'm really excited to write it. I'll only update on weekends and I want you guys to help me right this book. I run out of ideas a lot (*n*) so plz comment and I'll give you guys credit for your ideas if I use them. Ok now enough talking, here it is.

"Come on Astrid, the babysitter will be here in 5 minutes". mommy said to me. Her and dad were going on a date. There was a knock on the door. "Tadashi's early, today". Dad said. We went to the door to greet her. Mom got the door. "Hello Tadashi". I said. Elsa smiled. Mom gave me a hug.
"Have fun, we'll be back soon, love you Asty". Mommy said
"Say goodbye to Stormfly, Mommy and Daddy"!
I hold up my bird. Daddy rubs her head, "Bye Stormfly".
After Daddy said goodbye and they left, it was just and I.
"do you want to build a snowman, Astrid"?
"YES"!!!!
Tadashi made the best snowmen, but they were even better when he brought his brother Hiro. he helped me into my blue coat and mittens and took me into the yard. we rolled up the snow and once we made the basic shape I had gone to get the carrot. I proudly put it on.
"What should we name him"?Tadashi asked.
"What do you want to name it"? I asked him
"What about Olaf"!!
I clapped my hands together in delight,
"Its perfect".

Astrid was safely in bed. I had decided to read a bit, before Mr. and Mrs. Hofferson came home, they should came home soon. I thought. After 2 hours I was lost in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire' until I heard a knock at the door. Was that the Hoffersons? No why would they need to knock, they had keys. I opened the door to reveal a police officer.
"Sir, my name is Officer Daniels, theres been a accident concerning a Sven and Ingrid Hofferson".
"What kind of accident"? I ask. fear crawling in my stomache.
"I am told that the Hofferson's had a daughter and I'd rather not say this news twice, may you get her".
His voice was heavy.
Astrid
"Astrid, wake up".
Tadashi was shaking me awake.
"Tadashi is mommy and daddy back"?
I looked up at her face. Fear, saddness, worry made me get up. Tadashi took me downstairs, a tall man in black was standing at the door. He knelt so he was looking at me. Making me squirm.
"Astrid, I presume"?
I nodded.
"Well, Astrid theres been an accident, your parents were badly hurt and.. t-t-the're, the're....gone".
Gone. For a moment I didn't understand. Gone, not here anywhere. Dead. I felt Tadashi wrap his arms around me. he whispers
"I'm so sorry Asty".
The officer pats my shoulder awkardly.
"I'm, I'm so sorry for your loss".
