Chapter 7: The Helm & The Dress:

I scrubbed one of the gleaming, gold horns of Loki's helm. It was quite light the helm was even judging by its size. I held it up, making I got ever speck and grand of dirt, dust and grim off. My reflection was could be seen clear as day.

"I see that you have been busying, my little dove." Loki said from behind me.

"Is it to your pleasing?" I asked, spotting Loki's reflection on his helm.

"Always perfection if done by you, my dove." He replied. I turned, giving him a smile. Loki leaned against the archway, his emerald eyes had a glint in them. His hands fiddling with his dagger.

"How was sparring?" I said, putting the helm where it belonged. While I was busy with chores and cleaning, Loki went out sparring with Thor, Lady Sif, and the Warriors Three.

"It was alright, I am a tad sore." Loki smirked. I placed my hands on his shoulders, giving a squeeze to feel the muscles. He winched.

"A little sore, Loki? You are ridge and have a bunch of knots!" I gasped. "I should probably run you a hot bath to loosen them up, and run the oils to fix that."

"My dove, please. As amazing that sounds, but we have plans this afternoon." Loki replied, removing my hands off this taunt shoulders.

"But Loki-" I started but he cut me off.

"You can do that this evening, dove, I assure you."

"Fine." I grumbled. Loki lead me out of the chambers and to the farthest corner of the palace.

"Loki, what are we doing here? What is this place?" I asked we approached a door. Loki smiled at me.

"Why ask so many questions when you can see?"

I furrowed my brows. Then Loki opened the door, grabbing my hand and pulling behind him. That was when I realized we were at the Royal Tailors.

"Runa!" Loki called out and a woman popped her head up from behind a rack of dresses. She was a short, thin woman with dark red hair nearly to her elbows. Calm, pale blue eyes landed on us.

"Ah, Prince Loki, I am glad you came and delightful to see you. Queen Frigga said you would be here." Runa said, walking to us. She noticed me, her eyes widening.

"My Prince! Who have you brought with you?" She gasped.

"Runa, this is my new personal maid and chambermaid maid, Elizabeth." Loki introduced me, gently pulling me from behind him so she a could get a look.

"I see, and I beg your pardon, my Prince but why are you here?" Runa asked, cocking a red eyebrow at him.

"She needs a dress for the coronation and feast." Loki said. Runa gave him a smile.

"Oh of course! I have many to show you, I just need to get your measurements, my dear." Runa darted off. I looked wide eyed at Loki.

"Surpise." He said.

"Loki, I cannot wear it for I am not Royal or I don't wish to attend." I replied.

"Everyone shall be there, and you will be attending because you are required to."

"What?" I asked.

"You are there to serve me and follow me the entire time, so you need to wear a proper dress." Loki said, in a low tone.

"Why didn't you tell me?" I replied.

"It slipped my mind."

Before I could say any thing more, Runa came back. She grabbed my wrist pulling me from Loki's side, I glanced nervously at him but he smirked at me.
