When we last saw Ash and the gang we see Ash and Greninja collapsing on the ground as they they transported Ash via a cop car of officer jenny who was about to leave when they got her attention.

about 18 hours later after the surgery ends (Surgery took 2 hours) Ash wakes up to the blinding light and with Bonnie who was awake unlike Clemont who was he starts groaning and Bonnie notices Ash awaking UP starts screaming
