Chapter 7

Kim looks at the newcomers and asks Tee, "Are they your friends, Tee?"

Tee nods.

Kim then asks everyone to shift to a corner table, a bit away from the music so they all can have a proper conversation.

Tae sits beside Tee. Cop and Godt take their seats close to Tee. Kim, Bas and Manee sit on the opposite couch.

Kim takes everyone's orders for drinks and orders the house specials for dinner.

Everyone introduces themselves for the benefit of the newcomers.

Kim exclaims, "Oh, so all of you are working at Tae's father's hospital? (He looks at Tae and asks) Is that how you met with Tee?"

Tee is dumbstruck! Tae's father's hospital!

Tee, unable to say anything due to shock, just looks from Kim to Tae then to Cop and Godt and then again at Tae.

Tae glares at Kim. I wanted to be the one to tell Tee that! Why did P'Kim tell him all?

Tee finally gulps and asks Tae, "Is it true? You are Mr. K's son? Why didn't you tell me?"

Tae holds Tee's hand and tells him, "I thought you would overreact like this, that's why I didn't want to tell you soon..."

Tee speaks out, "Overreact?! Over..."

Then Tee decides to just leave him be otherwise he would really get angry at Tae if he speaks to him anymore.

Tee looks at Cop and asks him, "You knew about this? That he is the son of the owner? And you didn't tell me!"

Cop feels wronged so he says hastily, "At first, I thought you already knew! Later I thought it's right if Tae tells you himself. Also, he just gave me all the reasons to not bother you two. "

Tee directs his glare at Godt who also looks guilty of knowing the truth. So he just feels so annoyed - the annoyance of being the last one to know!

Kim jumps in with a new topic of conversation when he realises that he has done a mischief by telling something that he should not have!

Also he does not want people to start arguing in his bar, in front of all the customers! So he drives the conversation to the upcoming Valentine's day party in their bar.

This gives a reason for everyone to avoid the awkward argument from going any further and they start discussing about their respective plans for the party.

Tae and Tee are the only ones not joining in the conversation as Tee is clearly preoccupied with the secrets around Tae and how to deal with them. While Tae looks at Tee with slightly worried expression.

Tae asks Tee to leave that place, Tae holds Tee's hand and bids everyone goodbye. Tee reluctantly leaves with Tae.

They both travel in Tae's car and all the while Tee sulks, not saying anything. Tae also realises that he should have said this sooner to Tee so he should not have to hear things about him from others.

They soon reach Tae's place. Tee starts to leave for his place but Tae holds his hand and asks him to come to his house.

Tee gives Tae a sharp look and says, "I will come only if you tell me all that I should know."

Tae nods.

Tae pulls Tee in a hug as soon as they enter Tae's home.

"Please don't be mad at me, Tee."

Tee looks up at Tae and finally smiles as he finds apologetic Tae adorable.

Tee says, "Okay, so first things first..."

Tae says, "Yes.. " and starts kissing Tee as if he was not able to do it for such a long time!

Tee wants to speak and scold Tae but he cannot get any words out of his mouth! So Tee pushes Tae away.

Tae looks at Tee as if to show his shock at why he was pushed away!

Tee says, "Seriously? I told you first you need to tell me a few things about yourself. At least the ones that are important."

Tae sighs and says, "Okay... then let's get changed and I'll tell you in bed."

Tee gives a disbelieving look to Tae! Like... seriously?

Tae says, "I won't do anything. First I will tell you about myself, just as you want. Okay?"

Tee agrees.

So both are lying in each other's arms in the bed and Tae tells Tee about himself.

"As you already know my dad owns K Hospital, where all of you work. Currently I am studying medicine at B University. I am 20 years old.."

Tee exclaims, "You're a student!"

Tae tries to ignore that remark and continues with his talk.

"I've recently shifted to this house as my father wants me to focus on my studies."

Tee snorts as he looks at Tae with laughter in his eyes.

Tae gets defensive and says, "I study... don't give me that look..."

Tee says, "Really? Do you know how dedicated you need to be towards your studies in medicine in order to excel? Every time I see you, you are only having fun."

Tae removes his arm around Tee as he gets annoyed as he is reminded of his father who lectures him the same way.

"You don't know anything about me so don't treat me like a child. I know what I am doing. I don't need to spend as many hours studying as others as I am good at studies."

Tee asks his grades but Tae does not answer him as he thinks that he is being treated as a child.

Tee thinks that maybe the grades are not that good so he says, "You can do better if you concentrate more on your studies and less on other distractions."

Tee blushes when he realises that he is a major distraction to Tae.

Tae realises what Tee is thinking as he sees Tee blushing.

Momentarily, Tae is conflicted between feeling aroused and angry. Aroused because blushing Tee is hella sexy! And angry because Tee is talking just as his father talks to him and that's the last thing he wants to hear.

Tae says, "So now you think that you are a distraction to my studies?"

Tee does not reply but it is still apparent from Tee's body language that that's what he means.

Tae says, "Then don't be a distraction to me..."

Tee looks at Tae's face with shock! He didn't expect Tae to reply this way!
