Chapter 4: Telling him the truth

*At school*

Joel's POV
Yesterday was crazy. I met a villian and I think I fell for her, theres no way I can be with her, besides she kinda hates me too... Anyways, school was bad as usual. Lizzie, Tiffany and Yasmin had to cause truble again. I know that Yasmin doesn't want to act like this, but if she doesn't want her cover to get blown, then she has no other choice but to act like that. I go to my locker and get my math book.

Joel opens his locker and sees something unexpected...

Joel: Aaaaaa! God dammit, Oli!

Oli: Whaaaaaat?

Joel: You put that snake in there didn't you.

Oli: No...After you told me that you were afraid of snakes I never had an idea of doing anything snake related, besides...the snake is rubber.

Joel: But it looks so creepy, how do you even touch it.

Oli: Cause it's fake, to be honest even I wouldn't touch a real snake, accept our heroes.

Joel: But—never mind.

Lizzie: Hah! Your afraid of snakes. Your scared of everything Joel.

Tiffany: Maybe that's why he can't find a girlfriend.

Joel: I'm not looking for a girlfriend and I don't need one.

Yasmin: Mhm. You have a crush on a girl in this school and we know it.

Tiffany: It's obviously Lauren.

Yasmin: cough! No

Lizzie: What?

Yasmin: Nothing...

The school bell rings, and students start going to class

Lizzie: Whatever, we'll tell Lauren that you have a crush on her. See you, losers.

Tiffany, Lizzie and Yasmin flip their hair and walk to class

Oli: You actually don't have a crush on—

Joel: Of course I don't have a crush on her. I mean she's nice and all, but she's probably interested in someone else and I already like someone else.

Oli: WoW. You actually have a crush on someone, tell me!

Joel: Oh hell no. If I tell you, you'll tell everyone. Besides she probably doesn't even like me and I can't even find her.

Oli: Does she go to this school?

Joel: No.

Oli: Well, how did you guys meet, what's her name? I promise I won't tell anyone, you ma boi! I'll support you either way.

Joel: That's the thing, I can't tell anyone cause I don't even know her name.

The second bell rings

Oli: We'll talk about this, at
lunch. Let's go to class now.

Oli and Joel both go to class. 40 minutes later it's lunch time and they sit in their usual seats with Lauren and Callum.
