Ahsoka: Return of the Sith

Chapter 2: The Rescue

Ahsoka Tano growing weaker, with the birth of her child coming near, Ahsoka grows more worried. Anakin Skywalker, Lux Bonteri, and the 501st rush to save Ahsoka and her Padawan. But the question remains, will they make it in time?

I was beyond worried, they never brought my master back from her torture session. I could feel her fear, she was scared, but why? I felt useless, I was trapped in this kirffin cell, and my master was in danger! Then I had an idea, my master once told me how she can communicate with her old master, maybe I can try that.

I got in a meditation position, and went into meditation. I focused on Master Skywalker, his bond he had with me. It was not nearly as strong as his with my masters, but maybe it's strong enough for this.

'Master Skywalker, can you hear me?' She Asked into their bond, and that's when she saw him appear.

'Ashla?!? Is that you?' She heard him say, and that's when she felt relief.

'Yes, it's me Anakin.' She said, she saw him spot her, and he looked relieved.

'We're on our way, don't worry. Everything is gonna be fine, you both are gonna be fine.' He said, but I shook my head no.

'No, we won't. They never brought Ahsoka back from her torture session, she was supposed to be back two hours ago. Master Skywalker, Ahsoka is scared, she's scared and weak.' I Said, and he grew worried.

'We're almost their, hold on ok? We will save Ahsoka, Lux is not gonna let her die.' Anakin Said, and that's when I felt pain. I gasped, and clamped my eyes shut.

'Ashla, what's wrong?!?' Anakin Asked.

'My master, she's in pain. So much pain, can you not feel it?!?' I yelled at him, and then, I lost my concentration. The pain was too much, when I was out of the meditation, I heard her screaming.

"MASTER!" I screamed, as I felt her fear and pain. That's when I heard babies crying, and evil laughter. I paled, master just gave birth? The door opened, and I backed up till I was pressed against the wall. Count Dooku was standing in the door, and he had two troops behind him, each holding a bundle of blankets.

"Leave them here with this child, we will dispose of them when the time is right." He said, and the two droids wheeled in, and placed the two bundles on the bench, then they left.

"I do hope you don't get attached to them, it would be such a pity if you did." Then he walked off, I waited till I couldn't sense him nearby before I dared to move. I slowly walked to the blankets, and gasped.

They were babies, two baby girls. I gasped, my master had her child, but, I thought she only was with one? I gently levitated them with the force, and was shocked. They all looked more like Lux than Ahsoka, I laid them back down and then slid down the wall, fear was beginning to overtake me.

"Please, hurry and get here soon Anakin, we need you." I whispered, before she lost consciousness.
