Flora did not know what she was more stunned at.

It was either:

The fact that the enigma of a man seemed to be the guy who caused a ruckus the day before, yet he was professedly so gentle and sweet.

He undeniably winked at her, potentially in a flirtatious way. She hoped it was.

Or, finally, that he looked like he could see right through her. He could see the burning sunshine through the stellar oceans and the starry nights she fathomed to dance in. What a sweet romance that could be. However really, really scary for her. No one, and genuinely no one had ever cared enough to see her in a different light - under her sun. She didn't know whether she liked it, but she certainly appreciated it.

Also how the heck could a colossal piece of man even fit in the little book shop/library. He seemed like he was out of place, but at the same time completely comfortable with it.

Flora seemed like she found him quite alluring. As is her powerful heart strings compelled her to know him, more than anyone else did, or ever would. Though she didn't want her thoughts to seem like he was just a little game or mission if they were spoken aloud. She knew exactly what she meant. She wanted to know him. To understand him. To befriend him. And enjoy spending time with him, if he actually wanted to talk to her again.

That was another thing she found incredibly engaging. The way he exposed everything to her, but he looked like he wished he didn't. Flora really wanted to know why, and everything in between.

With these thoughts swirling in her mind, creating a beautiful hurricane, she took a sip of her tea, the hotness scorching her tongue distracting her from the rest of the world.

She was currently in the coffee shop on campus and there wasn't really that many people there as her class schedules were a bit different to everyone else's, obviously apart from the people in her classes.

It was the best time to come she found, on a Monday at around 3 pm, it was quiet and a good place to study. As you walked in, the theme of dark oak wood was stapled around everywhere and a mix of brown and cream sofa seats was dotted around in little circles. They were so comfy because everytime you sat down in them, you would literally sink into them. It was a blessing and curse because whenever Flora had the many priority and intention of studying, she would get too comfy and doze off every now and again. Obviously each time her tea would go cold so she would go to buy another one and sulk as there was another dollar or so missing from her wallet.

Flora was also one of the few that actually requested for tea in a coffee shop. She felt like if she did end up trying coffee, and actually like it, she would become reliant on it, which was not what she wanted. Frankly, she was scared to become reliant on anything other than herself, and you could take that into the depths of your mind as much as you wanted. You would probably correct with whatever you came out with. But why should you think about her more than you needed to?

That was a desolate true fact society abides by now. The idea that if you don't want to do it, or need to do anything, you won't do it. After all, time is precious, and Flora was one of the few to actually appreciated and understood the concept time, but she wished she could successfully detect someone who ignores society and created time with her to find out everything about her that she didn't even know.

What a delicate dream that lived in her stars.

But this time, instead of studying, she was waiting for her longtime friend. Her truly lovely elderly friend - Julius White.

After waiting for another five minutes, he walked through, looking right as rain for his 75 years of age. He wore what you see golfers wearing, a coloured polo shirt usually - today's was white and blue - with a pair of beige trousers and a brown leather belt. he also wore a brown jacket too and a pair of plain black glasses were perched on his nose. He was an adorable old man in Floras eyes, she couldn't help but love him for everything he's done for her.
