Sometimes she closes her eyes,
And she can still feel his breath
On her skin.
When she's alone at night,
And there lies a fear within.
So scared and full of this monstrous
Welt in her throat.
She wondered when it would stop
How far it would go?
The eyes that followed her flooded her mind
With horrible dreams.
She feared everyone she saw,
Everyone that she had met was just mean.
She worried and she was scared,
A poor little girl so unprepared.
She closed her eyes and there he was,
A man draped over her, choking her,
Forcing himself on with his touch.
The nightmare still too real,
Afraid to be naked and afraid to feel.
How to feel comfortable in your own skin.
