The New Girl (A Dance Moms Fanfic)

Chapter 3

Crystal's POV:

As I walk into Studio A, I think about what just happened. He looked flustered. I see Paige giving me weird looks so I stop spacing out and join her in front of Abby.

"Ok, girls. This piece is very challenging. Paige, I need you to work on the hip hop elements. And Crystal, you need to focus on being a leader," Abby says, "Let's start from the top."

Everything that happens in the next hour is a blur. The dance is finished, and cleaned. "Alright girls, you're dismissed for the night, group,rehearsal at 4:30 tomorrow," Abby dismisses us.

{next day at 6:00}

Chloe's POV:

"Hurry up, Chloe!" Abby shouts from the studio.

"Coming!" I quickly shove my phone into my dance bag and grab my jazz shoes.

When I enter, Abby's standing in the middle of the room. "Hey Chloe. So this week your solo is lyrical, and it's to "A Thousand Years" by Christina Perri." I smile and nod. But on the inside I was jumping up and down with excitement. I get into a starting position and begin the dance while Abby's calling out steps. "Nice job. Very good. Just remember to straighten the back leg on the leap. Call in the group." I finish and walk out the door into the den.

"Hey Chloe. I saw your solo from the observatory room. It looks really good," Crystal says from behind me.

"Thanks. How do you like the studio so far?"

"It's great. The teachers are sooo nice! Except for maybe Abby," She says nervously.

I giggle and say, "You get used to it. Anyways we have to get in there for the group."

When we get into Studio A, Abby announces that Crystal will be in the group.

"Do you know the routine?"Abby questions.

"Yes."

"Alright then. Let's run the dance."

Hi everyone. This chapter is extremely short and I haven't been updating lately. But I was having trouble updating on my IPad and I was sick today so it's hard to write.
